This webtoon was such a shock my system, it is nothing like I expected it to be. I'm 2/3ds of the way through and it is wild. The ultra violent, super op, over the top expressions and characters not to mention a plot that gave me whiplash. Really thought it was gonna be a soft boy coming of age story but nopity nope, that ain't it. The cast of characters is huge and it's more of an ensemble cast then a story about Daniel, whose name changes halfway through the story hah. So many great characters though, I love Jay and he was the only reason along with Vasco I continued the series. I hope they forgo the romance plot though because the Jay/Daniel ship is well on it's way to Australia and there is no turning back. Also, I can't recall his name but the guy with the glasses and sharp ass suits is fine af and I hope he gets his ass beat by Vasco. I can honestly say I have no clue where this is going and I'm so excited to see how it ends.

I read this manwha ages ago and came back to reread because I knew I loved it but forgot why and let me just say that it was incredible. Taehyun was unbearable in the first few chapters and I totally understand why people are dropping it then, keep going though because it only goes up from there. I generally hate stories where the MC is a complete asshole and the partner just sort of accepts and can't help but fall in love, that trope gives me so much stress and anxiety to read but this one really separates itself from the others. Taehyun grows as a person and he feels genuine remorse for his actions. Dayeol is an all round champ, what a fantastic human being. The little details of his personality we see through the eyes of Taehyun gives me so much joy you don't even know, it really informs the reader so much of his character without info dumping.
What truly makes this manwha special is how real and relatable both the characters are. I think we have all felt what they have felt before. Feelings of insecurity, deep seated fear which causes us to push people away, not wanting to deal with difficult emotions, struggling to be honest to yourself and being vulnerable. I felt so incredibly invested in this characters and I empathized with them so deeply. There's something about the way this was written and emotions that arose that felt genuine to the characters. I loved the ending as well, again very true to the characters and real life as well. I hope we get a continuation one day but even if we don't I'm very satisfied with this ending. The author is unbelievably talented.

Reread and it still holds up. Taemin was so well written, I loved his personality. Woojin was so emotionally closed off and cold to everyone except Taemin and I really wish we got to see him develop into a better person. I really hated the best friend as well. I think what this story really excels at is the pacing, the plot moves along promptly and there isn't a lot of filler and unnecessary drama though it's very hard to read the flashbacks with the brothers. The romance especially doesn't frustrate by creating useless misunderstandings. It really hurt that Siwon as Siwon never got the justice and respect he deserved. From his perspective he died painfully after his own brother ruined his life and facilitated his brutal rape. I really hoped that Siwon and Taemin would switch back and we would see the glorious hotness of Taemin's og body with Woojin and Siwon actually getting what he deserves

Whelp, I absolutely love this and I am now 110% percent into it. This type of slow burn hate to love romance is my favourite type and this one fulfills all the tropes to perfection. I've not read anything that comes even remotely close to scratching that particular itch and I'm so happy I found this. Hoping for quick updates too.

This was so good I'm actually shocked. The characters were so nuanced and their relationship so sweet. The representation in this was also a lot more in depth then I expected, Arima's struggle with his gender was painful to read but it was so real and conveyed so well and with such empathy as well. Taiga was honestly inspiring, his stubbornness and passion was admirable but his willingness to look within and to right his wrongs was just incredible and something I wish I was better at. Arima is incredibly strong and what he went through, I can't even imagine. This story touched me and I can't thank the mangaka enough.

I'm definitely crying. This one hit me so hard, it felt so so real. I love how stripped back it was, just two guys falling in love in the most mundane setting and it felt so special. Art was interesting to look at and the characters, they broke my heart. Makoto crying because Tohrou was crying for him was truly moving. I don't know what else I can say to convey how lovely this manga was and I wish the very best for the mangaka.
Okay but all the characters are fiinnneeee as hell. Like sheesh, the boss, the MCs and the friends too.
