the characters really get in their own way sometimes. it definitely is a tale of two people who obviously want to be together but are hesitant because of outside forces and inside fears. patience is key haha
Their age gap is the biggest factor here which contributed to their clashing personality. I remember having so much headache reading about both of them because idk how they will reconcile on a same footing. It's crazy that despite all of this, they will be in a relationship lol
