I think what she's tryna say is there's no purpose for boobs staying constantly swollen for humans. In most animals, primates included, they only have swollen mammaries when they're actively producing milk for their young rather than having them there for pretty much no reason. There's no advantage to having boobs, actually there are a few disadvantages especially if you have really big ones especially considering bigger boobs doesn't even mean more milk production it just means more back and neck pain. I suppose they do make us more buoyant but women have a higher percentage of body fat anyways so ╮(￣▽￣)╭
