taejoo situation is complicated.. I feel bad for what he had to go through and how his current partner is really manipulative. I think he couldve approached things with yoon more slowly instead of just immediately shoving it in his face after he sees him again. and after pushing him away he wants him to come back if that's what I'm seeing. also he doesnt seem to support yoon's profession that much and I can see why since the last time yoon went he almost died but it's also important to respect other's choices.
and yeah I'm basically here for yoon and his happiness. he had to go through so much already.
I know the dad really cares for her and I love seeing it when he does but when he doesn't show it to her I can understand why she's so paranoid around him. if he really cared I think he shouldn't have left her alone to that extent, kids need a loving environment when growing up and now there's a huge distance between them. I wouldn't call it neglect but with the way the dad approached things I can see why she doesn't like him that much. there's also a few misunderstandings too.
I agree, but I think that if he hadn't left her alone to that degree from the beginning, the emperor would've killed her. Its gotten better now that she's older because he's managed to convince the emperor that he doesn't love her.
