I don't know if I'm just dumb because I can seem to absorb any information about the story except for the part that Yoon is a Changwi and Jay is supposed to eat him but ended up falling in love with Yoon after toying his feelings? (You're handsome but f u). The brother is confusing the fuck out of my dumbshit brain. Why does he hate Yoon so much. He's so whiny like bitch can you please leave our baby alone?! I LOVE ERNON SO MUCH OMAGAD. I'm really really glad that he's now free. I'm also expecting that Luke will be Kasia's friend here because the "Luke" in her real life was close to her if I remember it correctly. I really wanted to see the divorce scene and the shits going downhill but Niannian's traumatized state made me cry a lot when I was reading the novel. Well, I think my reaction will be the same here. This is really interesting. I'm really curious about the past emperor specially his thoughts after Yeo Dam died. I want to know more about his thought process because we can speculate that the reason why he's like that in the past timeline is his upbringing. Pretty sure that he doesn't now about vulnerability and suffering as he is born superior to the people around him. The way they educated him is probably full of "how to be stronger" and stuff because that's how most of these goes and the "your feelings will just serve as your weakness" and blah blah is surely present lmao. We can see a major difference between the emperor in the past timeline and this present one. Main factor of this difference is his upbringing, because Yeo Dam is the one who raised him and showed him the normal people's way of living which is really unfamiliar to him. All in all, I just really want to know more about the emperor in the past timeline. What made him come up with that kind of bullshit (probably obsession) and stuff.

I actually liked this a lot in the beginning but I just stopped feeling something when the things between Daniel and Lisha started to develop. Don't get me wrong. Daniel is okay as a character but I feel like it's lacking. It lacks something. Maybe because it seems rushed (well, in my opinion, it is). Like this upcoming chapter. They're just "friends" but they will kiss and Eugene will see it. I feel like Lisha crossed the line on that part? She's the one who approached everyone first. I know that she likes the other leads but I felt like she flirted with them too much. Maybe flirted is not the right term but ya know. She showed signals that can be misunderstood and suddenly she will just turn away from them like this and get dilly dally with Daniel all of a sudden. It just doesn't feel right? They fed us with the other guys (specially Eugene. I liked him so much) but it seems like they were just completely ignored when Daniel showed up. Not to mention that Daniel wanted to kill Lisha but she's just all smiley like "I wanna be your friend" and blah blah
