finished rereading this again. as someone who has read the novel, i'm so excited for future updates. bcs after dealing with Heronia's matters, it'll be full of sweetness and more heartwarming moments from here on out. :') reading those cute scenes in the novel was one thing, but seeing it with the beautiful art would be the best!

if the manga would follow the exact sequence and contents of the novel, all these will happen next after the latest chapter uploaded (in chronological order). there are adorable small details and scenes here and there but i'd just say the ones i consider key highlights. c:
[spoilers ahead!]
— Heronia's parents will severe ties with her due to the incident so she becomes a commoner. she will also be sent to the monastery (in other words, banished).
— Cecil will find out from the king about his disposition. that if someone in their royal family is born with excellent abilities, they'll be lacking "humane" emotions in exchange for those (they got it from the first king, founder of the country).
— which is why Cecil's father chose Bertia as his fiancee, to "balance" him out. this method was also in the history records (the first king stopped being waging with wars bcs of his wife); thus, the story of the "fated partner" that heals the royalty from being an "android." it was stated that they tend to, literally, be obsessed with something (usually a person, but can also be a thing like wars).
— Bertia graduates so she and Cecil finally got married (there's A LOT of cute details and scenes in this arc; such as Kuro giving Cecil Bertia's list of "Best 100 Things I Want To Do For My Wedding" so he worked hard to fulfill what he can.)
— Cecil became a "good" king and cared for the country ONLY because of Bertia, since he believes that "if the citizens are happy and the country is prosperous, that will make Bertia happy, so I will be happy."
— Bertia's first child was really attached to her, since the kid saw her as his "fated partner." So Cecil was SERIOUSLY wary of him in that regard knowing their child has the same disposition as him (the yandere blood), they had adorable yet serious small competitions for Bertia's attention here and there.
— Then the younger sister was born, and so the boy's attention turned to her and considered his younger sister his "fated partner." fortunately, in the future, he only turned to be a brother with a sister complex and didn't go all obsessed yandere.
— Kuro and Zeno: the ship will sail since Kuro isn't really a child but a guardian with hundred years of age. she gets pregnant with their first child during Bertia's second pregnancy.
