I think this Female lead is really...Tasteless? She acts like she's just a simple maid when she literally made him fall in love with her. She even removed the curse for hells sake! That isn't a simple maid. I can't even write a paragraph about how plain she is because there isn't anything to say! She's just dumb. I don't know why she expects him to just move on after she was the only one who comforted him when he was all alone. I Don't know when she got so stupid but as I read more, She just is. The art is beautiful and the plot is Interesting but the stupidity of the female lead makes it so much...Less enjoyable. I won't drop this though. I just hope there will be some changes.

But still everyone will feel feel insecure if such a situation occur.....If she was someone of high status then a bit of insecurity would have a disappeared....She knows the story so she think that something might happen in order to the story on its track because you dont know the future.....She is a simple maid which is difficult to become the lady of noble household......So I can understand as story has changed and she doesn't know what will really happen in future again

It isn't the fact of her not knowing what'll happen in the future. It's her constantly acting like she doesn't deserve to be in the position that she's in as his lover when she's already done so much for him. I don't get why she'd think that after giving him so much special treatment,

It was so stupid of her to try multiple times to just slip away from him after all she's done for him. She isn't insecure about becoming a noble, She's loving up to him while he's in his darkest hour then just leaving him.

I can understand and even in the original Alejandro fell for Elenora because she comforted him at the time of need......She helped in to remove the curse which was the main event for the feelings to develop....Elenora helped him when no one cares about him so that is why he fell for her....In this timeline , all such things were done by Ibelina so she should have enough confident to understand the situation now.....You are right that she should stop thinking absurd things .....Yup I do agree that sometimes it does get annoying when she thinks stupid things everytime

I liked FL until she started becoming mentally abusive to her spirits. She claimed she doesn't want anything to happen to her while summoning more spirits and going dangerous places that gets her into danger. She really hasn't learned her lesson. I think she remembers her past life ( Pretty sure ) so shouldn't she be a bit more smart? Bad and good things can happen to everyone. But FL really just gets into the bad things constantly with her stupid decisions. "WhY CanT ThE GoDs GivE mE a SimPlE lIfE." The gods aren't doing it, You are. She's getting herself into all this trouble then has a shit attitude towards her spirits. It's so shocking that her spirits actually tolerate her behavior. FL is overly prideful just because she accomplished summoning spirits. She should learn to be less prideful. Oh and, I hate how she's teaching her spirits to steal and such. Even if it was for another spirit stone, Stealing shouldn't be okay. She seems to really have 0 respect for her spirits and what they're doing on all levels. I get she's just being comfortable with them but it's really going to far. They aren't simply tools for her to use and become the strongest. I don't understand why people like her character when she's like this. For God sakes, She held her snake spirit over shit to force him to listen and steal. I hope the Male lead isn't that pushover guy who likes her. I really hope it'll be someone who can fix her attitude and respect. At first I was hoping for her snake spirit to become human and date her but it's obviously not what she needs. Her snake is just a pushover who listens to her. Plus, He's like billions of years older. That would be creepy. And if they do end up together, It'd be because of how hot he is. Their personalities aren't compatible enough. Please don't reply to me with some sort of argument about how she's changing or how I'm wrong. This is really just what I think about her now. I understand she is still a child and facing character development.

( This comment was from my second account. I give credits to myself?- lmao but, Yeah. If you see the second version, That's me.)

Everyone is talking about the Male characters being stalkers but I don't see it like that. I already absolutely hate the female lead. "Nobody will miss me." It's obvious a lot of people will miss her if she even has friends willing to track her down. I'm aware they have feelings for her but still, Her comrades obviously care about her. I think it was so unfair for her to just leave like that without telling them anything. It was really cruel. I understand her not wanting the rewards and thinking she doesn't deserve happiness but gag, It still sucked. Why the hell did she fight if she would be so negative about it in the end. Her hard work paid off and she should be happy that she saved a bunch of lives. Female lead makes me rage. And even after she said she didn't want happiness, The next thing you see is her smiling by some shelf with her brother. I just can't stand female characters who think they're all alone even when they have people with them. I hope she faces some huge character development. Her friends have a right to go search for her after she left without a word about her plans. I understand wanting to be with her brother and live a happy life with him but what she did was such a horrible way to let go. Does she think that they won't be sad that she left and they won't look for her? It's obvious she's friends with them all and close friends at that. She should've just properly said goodbye and left. I also dislike her violent way of solving everything. It seems like she just has to punish anyone who touches her brother instead of maturely talking it out. I can't tell if she's 7 or 17. Her moods are literally
- Get mad at someone
- Bond with Brother
- Get all Gushy about the men she left behind.
I understand if she didn't have a close relationship eith them but it really seems like they were all super close.
Please don't reply with an argument because my opinion won't change.
By the way, This was originally Mangafans comment. (Which is my second account.) I just redid it up after I got back onto my main one because I've read the story up till now.

    DxMaku93 September 18, 2020 4:19 pm

I stand you in almost everything but the part that she punish anyone who touches her brother.

I mean, they haven't seen each other in like 14 years, it's obvious that she would be over-protective with his little brother, aside have just past some weeks since they found each other, so I think they are putting into place things about their brother-sister relationship...

For the rest, I also thinks that is pretty stupid to think that nobody would miss her

I just find it annoying how she doesn't give him space to stand on his own two feet. But, It's still cute seeing their relationship.

I'm on chapter three so far but wow..The male lead is horrible. He seriously just throws out his gloves and hankerchief because he had to kiss her hand? What the fuck? That's really overdramatic.

Mai September 18, 2020 2:05 am

I love her. So far she's cool, Collected and non arrogant or overly agressive. The art is also beautiful. Though, I don't like the amount of blush the face has. It's a bit..Watery I guess. I wonder who the male lead is. I mean, The prologue pretty much gave off a hint but, It could just be a coincidence. I really hope the romance is just a side plot while the sister relationship is the whole plot. I mean, I wouldn't mind the wholesome sister relationship but I also want some actual romance between the female lead and the male lead without the sister/Second female lead getting in the way or liking the male lead.

Mai September 17, 2020 8:04 pm

I hope this'll be like a polyamorous relationship. (When your lover also has other lovers or you're all dating.) That would be so interesting. But, I also want it just to be the second male lead. Ya know? It's like...Hmmmm. Not sure who I'll pick.

    honhon September 20, 2020 5:55 am

so basically you want it to mainly be the 2nd male lead/ the reicarnated chick, but you also want the reincarnated chick to have a harem on the side.
    i totally understand.

Does anyone have spoilers about who the male lead(s) is? I really want to know who the male lead! So far people have all been saying different things so I need some like actual clarification on whom they are. Please only respond if you actually have read it or have verified the spoilers.

I wish that there were more obstacles and issues that the Dutchess had to face. Like, Perhaps, People not liking her tea more often or more disrespectful nobles? I don't know. I just feel like she has everyone absolutely loving her and has everything going well for her all because of tea. I mean, I like the lack of problems but I feel like the lack just leaves a bit of room for improvement within the story. It gets boring after a while that everything can be solved with just Tea or the knowledge that Chloe has.

You're kinda right but I like this slow-paced, peaceful reading lol. I mean amongst all the others that I read with their trash villain characters, this manhwa is kind of telling me "Hey here's some peace, take a break"

The art isn't the best. It's not horrible but....When you look at it, You're just kind of...Meh. It isn't all that bad. The author tries to make the art look top quality and intimidating but it doesn't work well. Like, They keep trying to copy other art styles where the eyes glow red, Blue and they have huge amounts of dark mana around them. I honestly don't think it suits the style. I'm also really confused with the plot. I don't even know the characters names anymore. Sometimes they'll be called a he and then next they're apparently a she. There's a lot of confusion on the names and genders. There are also a lot of plot holes and the characters don't have very clear motives. Like at first, it seemed like the kings motive was to not cause fights or start violence. He seemed like a really peaceful person then he suddenly turned violent around the witch. The motives of all the characters are unclear and it's so obvious who the male lead is and all that. I doubt there will be a second male lead or any other love interest. It feels like one of those stories where it's horribly explained. What I mean by that is, You really have to watch them talk to understand it. Like you can't count on the narration to explain the story. It's like two different very very similar stories are trying to be told at once with how two sided it is. I don't suggest this for people who have decent standards. It doesn't make much sense, The art isn't pleasing and the names are just so confusing.

I love the argument going on between readers. Some are saying it's a bit gross how the male lead is the emperor while some are saying that it's perfectly fine. First off I'll explain both sides of the argument.

The first side is people saying that it's okay. From what I've read, People believe that it's okay for the Emperor and Nina to have a romantic relationship because:
1 - Nina is mentally 20 or so.
2 - The romance doesn't start until she's of legal age.
3 - No other characters exept the grand duke show romantic interest in Nina thus far.
Nina is mentally of age in her real body, She's of age. This makes it perfectly fine for them to have a romantic relationship. The romance doesn't start until she's an adult anyways so it's fine. They seem very compatible with each other so that's another good thing.
-
The second argument is people saying that it's wrong. From what I've read, People believe that it isn't okay got the Emperor and Nina to have a romantic relationship because:
1 - She's in the body of a 14 year old. ( I think. )
2 - It's weird because he saw her grow up and he's still so much older.
3 - Other characters around her age are better choices.
It's really gross that Nina is 14 and a minor while the Emperor is around 20. They shouldn't have a romantic relationship because it's weird that he saw her grow up. And they seem to just have a good friendship at most. He killed the previous Nina so it's weird.

These are the two current arguments that people are holding. So far, They both are pretty equal and power. Each argument has equal power over the other. Yes, It's weird that he likes a 14 year old but no, Nina is mentally 20. Yes, It's okay because the romance doesn't start until she's of age but no, It's still weird he watches her grow up. Honestly, Neither side will end. They both are completely true statements and hold equal powers and points. I don't consider myself to be in either of these sides. This is what I think:

I do think it's okay that the romance won't start until she's of age BUT, It's still a bit odd that he watches her grow up more. In my opinion, I really feel like it's a bit of a two way situation. I agree with both sides. I do find it a bit odd that Nina gets romantically involved in the man who killed her in her past life (And as we can see, Nina's old feelings sometimes can still take affect.) Though, This is a typical thing to happen In these types of stories. It's a bit odd that they're at such a huge age difference even after she becomes of age. When she's 18, Won't he be 30 or so? Back in these times, These things were pretty common. I wouldn't other think it all that much. It really just all depends on how you see it. I feel that both sides have equal points so I'm in the middle. I do think it's a bit odd yet okay at the same time. I don't want to overthink it because I just want to enjoy the story. Again, I'm NOT siding.

    SeenIt September 15, 2020 2:05 am

I also agree with both sides but my argument is, it is a story. Another world that we are peering into that we have no control over. If you dislike how the world is going then go find another world to peer into, if you enjoy watching this world you can continue or drop it's your choice. Easy as that. Don't force your ideals onto others. While yes, you are free to state your opinion, but continuing the story while hating on it just isn't right. And yeah I get it I'm lowkey forcing my ideals onto you guys, but I'm just sick of people hating on a manga, A FICTIONAL STORY, every. Single. Chapter. (︶︿︶)
