I don’t really get this story. It started and ended with tragedy. No matter how much you squint we’re still left with a rising pop star without a family. Adopted family and friends definitely count, but it doesn’t feel the same.
I’m glad I didn’t drop this. The writing is a lot better after the initial chapters. Honestly don’t even understand why hunters and the hunter academy were introduced. Thought this was going to be a dungeon raid type story type of story and I’m glad that it’s not.

He was king originally, so I think the author might make the fact that he passed off leadership the reason he failed.
He wasn't directly responsible for it so I don't think it counts maybe idkk
