Curious about this. I dont think Param was leading anyone on. Did Hwi explicitly say "go out with me" or "I like you" (genuinely question)? If not, this is why communication has to be clear. Just like issues of consent, anything that isn't clear is an automatic no. Unless Hwi was explicit, you can't just assume Param would know what Hwi means. We know because we are the audience but these characters are modeled after reality and in reality, we don't have an all knowing audience to tell us this stuff. Param was as much a victim of the situation as Hwi.

No param knew his feeling the moment Hwi asked him on the Date. and idk what could be a more confused state than having alcohol in your system but if your gonna try to convince me that he could get out of the situation with Han if he wanted to it's not gonna work.
