Okay but like
Her boobs are genuinely distracting in an annoying way (for me at least)
Some panels they're twice the size of her head
Do me a favor a measure the size of your head with your hands and bring that down to your chest. See how obnoxiously large that is? Yeah, now double it.
Idk as a person with, frankly, a large rack it has me shaking my head lol
Also, yes I know it's hentai and I wouldn't normally bat an eye, much less comment but I really like the art style otherwise so it bugged me in this case for some reason -u-
Plus I also just think it would have been nice to have a girly who ACTUALLY has an athletic build with visible muscles rather than just being gaslit
Why are so many people popping in just to be like "I dropped this forever ago, why's it still going lololol"
Also, not sure why people are complaining about the story so much -- every piece of fiction requires some level of suspension of disbelief and the complaints are so minor it has me shaking my head
Anyway, I love this story, I also stopped reading a few years ago but I reread and caught back up just recently. I definitely think it's worth reading.
I mean, having actual criticisms is fine ? Like if you would enjoy it except you find specific aspects annoying or immersion breaking or even if it's just a trope that you don't like, and you want to comment on it, I think that's fine even if I don't really agree with their opinion because there's definitely space for people with differing opinions
But it's like they're popping in just to be like "lol cringe this sux" and there's enough of them that it makes the whole comment section feel completely negative :(
Most plot can be devised from "what does the main character want?" And "what is getting in their way?"
Yes. The lady does still want to rest. But she literally cannot die (the final rest that she actually craves) and she literally cannot avoid being the center of so much karmic destiny shit and she cannot just choose to not care (all a part of the curse that was explained)
The plot definitely meanders through different arcs but the only reason they came to this kingdom (for the current arc) was to get one of the things they needed to to end her curse and allow her to die.
She wants to rest. She wants to die. And the plot is actually still relevant to that.
Ffs
I've been one of this comic's biggest defenders
But this chapter pushed me over the fucking edge and I'm seriously irritated
I've related a lot to the characters and the motions they're going through so I thought it was all very intentional and well written
But something about this chapter feels like it tossed it all out the fucking window and I actually don't trust that this author is even competent and isn't just jerking everyone around on purpose
On second thought, it's fucking Dami
Fuck Dami
I hate that guy.
He needs to just like go die quietly off screen or smth
The recent chapters with Dami were actually okay ? He has some interesting interactions with Joon
But the way Doha reacts and interacts with Dami feel so fucking unacceptable I fucking hate them and this chapter reminded me of that x100. Doha does not have the acceptable boundaries in place when it comes to Dami, especially knowing Dami still likes him and knowing how Dami has treated (and continues to treat) Joon since highschool (something the author themself just completely moved on from as if he wasn't totally manipulative and abusive)
Everyone has been pissed as fuck at Joon especially for not communicating (and yk choosing to have sex instead of talking, but that's a fair point actually) but it's FUCKING DOHA
Throughout their relationship, he hasn't shown up for Joon and hasn't proved he's a safe person for Joon to be emotionally vulnerable with and still prioritizes his friendship with FUCKING DAMI (fuck Dami, Jesus Christ)
He has this moment with Joon where things are starting to look up when they've been really tense for a while but instead of just being there in the moment and being with his boyfriend and maybe working to figure things out and continue to bridge the gap that's been growing between them by playing out this nice moment, no let's make sure we answer this very urgent call from Dami.
And the worst part is how the author seems so nonchalant about how toxic Dami is and has always been. He's played almost like a comedic foil to Joon rather than the antagonist he actually is.
I'm really just tired at this point . . . This has been one of my favorite stories until this point, despite all the jerking around and lack of communication. I thought the author was really doing something but this just feels stupid now and I don't know if it's even worth it to see how they end up.
Dami and Doha have places one and two on my shitlist, but the author themselves is slowly clawing their way up to #3
Also ? Don't answer the phone during sex ?? And I'd you so, don't keep having sex after that ???
I've seen some really well done and satisfying scenes where the main couple cucks the asshole 2nd ml
But that just wasn't this. This was uncomfortable and weird af. Especially from Doha, because usually how the phone-cucking scene (not that that's actually what this was cuz Dami was clueless) goes is that the top feels some kind of jealousy/superiority/desire to display dominance to the 2nd ml who failed to establish the relationship. It's kinda toxic but whatever, and it definitely wouldn't have worked here cuz that's not Joon's personality
So instead we have Doha, who is casually choosing to start sucking dick in the middle of a conversation with someone he genuinely considers a friend.
That's weird
That's so fucking weird
And this scene feels so off-putting and misplaced
So to reiterate, I've always fucking hated Dami, but I'm realizing more and more that the real problem with Dami is Doha and his lack of fucking boundaries

Holy shit, he got off way to light
At the very least, when the older brother realized how much the ML was struggling, I wanted him to also learn how big of a piece of shit Heesu was
He got to be sneaky and nasty and just gets away with it and has no real fall from grace and it's boiling me from the inside out
That’s what’s insane to me too, he’s not just some jealous meddling ass, he’s literally manipulated him and played on his emotions since childhood with his “everyone hates you but /i/ don’t so do whatever I say if you wanna keep that’ stuff, not only did he come out with no punishment, the supposedly loving siblings also somehow see him as ml’s “only friend” and on top of that the comic is tryna make us sympathize with him with all the crying at the end and hinting at a second couple with the red hair guy, like no-
Damn that actually felt so satisfying
Because yesss, he's lived ages thinking about what he's done and feeling proper remorse and he got to have his cake and be close to him and be his brother
He could see him happy and carefree again, unlike how things ended up between them last time
And then he put distance between them himself as they grew up, not being overly clingy or using his relationship to him as an excuse or even his ignorance or lack of memories, which feels really respectful imo
And now that all the memories are back, he expressed his desire to see him occasionally, but accepted the rejection and walked away and respected the boundaries that were set
He learned, he grew, and actually changed to be a better (and knows he isn't owed shit despite all of the above)
(This all goes out the window tho if he does even a single thing to indicate he still plans to breach boundaries, but it didn't feel like that at all)
