I thought he was clear, he wants her to stop doing stuffs for him, in the same way she does not want others to do things for her, I can see how this siblings look alike.
The fact that he isn't accepting money from that person shows that he has pride cuz he isn't selling himself but doing it willingly after all he doesn't really care about stuff like that. And give him some slack after all she had to leave him while he was still a toddler to make money for him so ofc he'll want to repay his older sister for doing her best for him.

I kinda related to him but not too much, but I was relieved her got over his love for the red hair guy (pretty fast I might say lmao), and that we got to see how their relationship grew after they got together (and that he was cheating on his perfect bf ... What a trash guy, gosh!)
