Does anyone knows the nobel's name and from which chapter I can continue please ?

the novel's name is the same as the manhwa, but from what i can tell, the translations are actually behind of the manhwa by quite a lot.
here's the site i use to read http://maroonmaru.xyz/books/trapped-in-a-webnovel/. i don't think there's another translator working on this novel but them, but maybe i'm wrong.

Annie is really the bigger person here.
A joke is supposed to be funny, but to "tease" someone by using what you really feel about them is just mean, and that's what William did instead of telling her what he truly thought.
He is a disappointment.
You don't get good grades just because you study, and it's clearly shown here. Annie studied more but always had worse grades than him, so she had to do even more efforts, but the an was frustrated he wasn't her priority.
Honestly, i would have punched him. She is way too nice.

For everyone reading this story is it good ?
Honestly, I judge it from the title, does she, as a villainess, wants to be the heroine ? Is that the story ? I have it on my reading list but I still haven't started .... Can someone give me his honest opinion on it please ?

The story is god tier lol. Every character is really interesting and complex and the political struggles for power are super smart and will keep you on edge. I would give it a 10/10; it's definitely my favorite webtoon rn. Also while there's 2 female mcs, the "villainess" is the protagonist and while I love her, it's undeniable that she's kind of a bad person. If you're not a fan of having that kind of character as the protag I thus wouldn't recommend it. BTW It's not that she wants to be the heroine, it's more that she wants the power and influence the heroine has as empress-to-be/the crown prince's fiance, esp considering that position should've been hers.

No nothing annoying like that. At first I was reluctant because from the title I thought the MC was jealous of the heroine, and that she loved the prince so she wanted to be her, but that's not the case at all. It's much more complex than that and if you love characters like Aria and Roxanna (who managed to retain their evilness) you will love this one too
"You cannot be either selfish or kind ! You can be both"
That's the more reassuring things to hear ever.
It's not because you are selfish that you can't be kind, or the other way. You can choose to help someone, but not over your own self which is normal. That's how human are. But society turns selfish people into demons. It not because you didn't help this or that person that you are bad !
