The fact that he's hiding his feelings from wolfgang furthermore will make him extremely ill (check the scene where shin denies his love when yuri and yoosung where holding hands and imagining it as if he's beside wolfgang). If it does go this way, we might get an arc where wolfgang comes back to the palace after his journey to find shin's medicine, only to find that shin's feelings is the key to make him better. THEN, we could see them confessing and getting married :))

I think we're reaching towards seungho's childhood memories or experiences bc of mr. Kim mentioning it that somehow brings him back to his senses. Seungho might have an abusing father (based on mr. Kim's "you're no different than your father") that's why he keeps treating nakyum like that. Whatever is in seungho's past, I hope he comes to a realization that there is hope for him to shed those bad memories and there is someone who cares for him.

I find okuda sensei's artwork like ogawa chise's (artist for caste heaven) and I read a blog that they're different people. However, ogawa chise has a twin sis though that has a similar style as her's, but she focuses on shoujo.
It really is Ogawa Chise's sister but she is using different pen names for bl and shoujo. Shigeyoshi Takagi is her shoujo pen name and I recommend manga Hana ni Arashi (⌒▽⌒)
