I thought he'd be a love interest at first. Oh well. At the very least i hope they show us a stand off between the duke and the boss. I think it’s cute!! And her hair should be getting more credit.
I get that’s its a running gag, but I don’t like the constant standard that straight hair is always the most beautiful in these toons and mangas. Not to mention the only beautiful type of curly hair that’s depicted are waves that don’t even breach the curl category and those weird drill things.
I’m probably just being sensitive since I have curly hair, and I’m just being picky, but hey that’s just my opinion.

Yeah, right now only Armin makes fun of her and her hair. And we all know how much he enjoys torturin- I mean teasing her.
Everybody else just says she is ugly, but every single character besides Ibelin and the 3 fishes are supposed to be ugly as hell, so it's fine I guess. Almost every single one of the irrelevant female characters have straight hair and they are all "ugly".
She is really cute and way more interesting then Ibelin. But yeah, this "only white skin and straight hair is beautiful" standard gets really annoying really fast.

I don't think Latte or her maids are ugly. They are super cute. But in the universe of the terrible novel Latte transmigrated into, with the exception of the original mc (Ibelin), the love interests (3 fishes) and the love rivals (Peridot and the Princess), everyone else is perceived by others as ugly as hell when next to the main ones.
Like i know it as nothing to do with the convo right now but Latte, i like her and humoristic personality but it annoys me how her reactions are so slow and she was to much of a idiot for someone who got reincarnated and used to be a role model and perfect working in her past life. I don’t think we’ve seen anyone else with such tight curls. It’s unique, so they use it to tease her. It’s not normal, and in many cases, that would be seen as bad in such a society.

So Travis probably can't turn her, because he will be unable to fill her with darkness as well.

If you look at the way the characters were supposed to meet in the book and met in this, we can see that Arwin was always meant for Latte
The princes meeting with Ibelin, was just as the story planned, so in theory I’m guessing their storyline should continue as normal.
Latte wasn’t there to change anything
The brown haired guy meeting Ibelin but later being interrupted by our mc (sorry popcorn nose man I forgot your name) Although Latte was watching that route from the start, she only accidentally interrupted them around half way through their meeting.
This meeting makes him become interested in Ibelin, but also gives him a negative opinion on Latte that with time turns into friendship.
He will still probably follow the story loosely, but I think he’ll end up with the rival love interest the princess
Latte changed things halfway
Lastly Arwin. Latte was always there since the beginning of Ibelins and Arwins meeting, although he seemed to be interested in Ibelin for a bit first Latte quickly knocked that idea out of his head with her eccentric behaviour and use of scrolls. So Arwin became interested in her instead of Ibelin. As time goes by Arwin continues to keep an eye out for our Mc, and she does more ridiculous stuff with even funnier reactions, practically hooking Arwin in this making him lose any chance he had to get back to the original story.
Latte was there from the beginning, and will probably end with Arwin
