As the heroine is naturally instinctive and emotionally driven, the quick-witted Euntae serves as a perfect foil. My favorite character in White Blood is undoubtedly Father Michael [..and Daniel ( ´ｖ｀) ]. I love that the author opted to design Father's character as someone gruff-looking and inexpressive. I likely wouldn't have liked him as much had he been an ikemen (there's one too many of those kinds anyway). As for Daniel, he was a much needed source of fluff... And those scenes with the cuddling cats in the background... (￣▼￣ ) <3

Came here for that inviting cover. It was time well spent. Thumbs up for this one-shot! A sneak peek into the daily activities of a troubleshooting agency manned by a gluttonous teenager and a chic tattooed boss. Solving problematic affairs of rich businessmen? Lending a hand to troubled children? Saving beastmen? It's all in a day's work for this cool duo.

Not sure why but I sort of like this particular synopsis: "Welcome to the Gridiron of the Damned! Huge hulking bodies throw themselves at each other, while a tiny lithe body runs between them for the goal! No, it’s not a game of football, it’s Sena Kobayakawa trying to evade the monstrous Ha-Ha brothers down the halls of Deimon High School! But wait! Nope, it's not going to be centered around athletes on highly competitive school sports clubs. This time we'll be seeing elite highschoolers duke it out at youth leagues while preparing to go pro... So we'll actually get to read a manga focused around Youth Clubs. Highschool clubs are nice and all but sometimes a little variation every now and then is greatly appreciated. ❦︎ Aoi Ashito (MC) DESCRIPTION: football maniac, a little slow on the uptake, techniques are average at best, lacks fundamental skills THINGS TO NOTE: Proactive. ❦︎105 Here we see two vastly different worlds: the Earth and a world where gods, beastmen and dragons are no mere figments of imagination. This manga is a standout amongst isekai-like stories given its mature depiction of a war between two worlds and its tendency to not shy away from gruesome details of warfare and politics. Expect an array of unique individuals where majority are either soldiers, knights and or warriors. The blend of characters give this novel adaptation a saucy, comical side despite the dark undertones. Unputdownable! An additional star for the bonus features on the wolfmen... Banzaii for fluff!! ﴾`ᗜ`﴿ ︎ NOTE: As always, take everything (yes, EVERY thing) with a grain of salt...

❦︎128 I found yet another veterinary manga!! My day just got better <3. I've only read two of these and is yet to see a dozen of its kind so I thought I wouldn't encounter another vet-med series for some time. Well, there was this isekai one but I dropped it....so it doesn't really count. ;) Both this and "Doubutsu no Oishasan" are incredibly enthralling works that tackle veterinary medicine. While "Doubutsu no..." is about a veterinary student who has to handle snow pileups, temperamental animals and eccentric professors; here we see a rookie veterinarian wrestle with a wild environment.... and even wilder patients.

I wouldn't be surprised if they had a design consultant or two (e.g. Shokugeki where they consulted with an established chef for the entirety of the series). It feels as though we're seeing an intimate close-up of fashion designing and the high fashion industry as a whole. SPOILERS: . . . . . . . . . . . I wanted a Paris show for the finale arc but oh well ...

How can something be so dramatic and adorably innocent at the same time? (;´ ༎ຶ益༎ຶ`)♡ To quote fellow readers: oneshots will one day be the death of us.
