33 - 4.5 - good pace, interesting characters, the dynamic between the two girls is great It’s very good to challenge the « happy «  ending in which they both lost way too much before becoming the heroes of the tale It’s also good that they know very little about what truly happened and what caused the kingdom to fall … The greed of some, the cowardice of others, the naivety of the last all contributed to the ruin of a not so perfect universe and now the girl pick through fragments of memories to change the story they don’t want to see repeat itself Although you could hardly find it( original, the psychology of the characters is well defined, the knight who stopped to care, the princess back in a caged world, deep friendship and hesitations in front of a quasi new hurdle, probably at least as big as anything they went through before - and this time there’s no script, no certitude

91 - dungeon with a family twist - how good !! So much richer than the usual solo thing

33 Rrg love triangle break my heart , the emperor is such a pitiful cutie, the mage such a pitiful psycho Why do MC so often end up with these terrible types ?

110 - a bit slow,but not only in a bad manner (some fillers but there’s also a slow pace for characters development) The beginning is hard to endure, as there’s a very heavy and tragic background : on top of the usual missing mother (lodt giving brith again) there’s a very painful story with a lost brother and the relationship with dad became exstranged, the childhood friend involvement is awfully tragic too (i hope it doesn’t turn bad) The story itself is possible to endure thanks to a bunch of interesting and well defined friends and various plot lines from the one brought by in the title to a lot of mysteries and individual agendas for each friend The poor part being an all,too classic evil noble bully and his crew, the good part being a nicely growing plot with a bigger scale that unravels very slowly ( the good part of slow which keeps on adding without easy shortcuts like past lifes, prophecy, mentors or knowledge bible - we learn at the pace of the characters) Averall, it has a nice vibe and could really become excellent if it picks up on a faster trend and let goes of easy evil from the bullies I would disagree with the comment on the absence of characters development : it’s absolutely there but it’s slow and in a way realistic . Small spoilers For exemple de MC is borderline social phobic in the beginning, but he gains some friends, grow a bit brother, open up about some of his wounds, goes from fearing his power to train them and embrace the ambition to serve it well - of course he doesn’t grow a lion heart, but he slowly open possibilities for himself and begins to heal a bit - considering his personal history and his trauma it’s very reasonable step by step He will never be a hero like his dad and his shy and gentle personality are also what set the story appart It’s getting less heavy and richer as things go on, more mysteries unfold opening new questions, shedding light on mysterious characters (mermen, demons, dragons, spirits… ) There’s a bunch of heavy secrets that appears obvious and that might damage the newly found friendships, but i hope the story will keep focusing on good heart characters, healing, and the discovery of fascinating powers in the ends pf good people - As long as that goodness prevail, it can become a truly lovely story

67 - like « real man », but in show business Real values, big heart, and interesting entertainment background It’s the second time i read a story about someone « accomplished «  in modern society criteria, turning time to be a better person, protect the good guys and bring a bit of fairness to the world, instead of making poor human choices, that’s leads to one’s « success « at the cost of others suffering and ruin. This seams like a « soft version » of the more business oriented « real man », there’s a lot of cute and humorous characters, which in a way makes for an easier read albeit probably not as deep (both are great) How refreshing in anycase : i want more !
