Leave the city asap. I'll go to a supermarket, take canned food and go to a remote place near a river where I'll try to learn to cultivate things I guess. Staying in cities is a mistake because you're not going to have food, electricity and water on the long-run.

Make a study plan. Organizing things helps feeling less overwhelmed. And be indulgent with yourself. Take small breaks, focus on your breath. Don't worry it's just the beginning you'll feel better when you'll be more used to pressure and to having a lot of things to do. Fighting!

Someone once told me that some apps on your phone take screenshots regularly without you knowing. Like when you accept general conditions that's their way of taking and selling your data. I don't want to check if it's real so now I am paranoid as fuck.
