So... I'm not gay but bi (technically i'm pansexual but saying bi is quicker lol) and I... always knew about that.
It was never something that left a big impression on me - this struggle to know whether I was a lesbian because I liked girls...... 2 reply

I'm Ace and I know that I can live life without having to worry too much about the problems other LGBTQ+ people have to face (Unless if I date a girl again), but I'm still queer and I do face some things that Het/Cis people don't face. I started realizing I wasn't straight around 6th grade. My friends all started talking about the boys in our class...... 2 reply
I don't think anyone here has ever equalled coming out as an interest to really coming out as a lgbtq member. We just kind of borrowed the phrase as a symbol of support. Personally, I tried the "coming out" thing at work as I'm asexual but no one believes me. It is seemingly impossible for people to understand it is possible to not be sexually attr...... 2 reply
Wow I had no idea there was such a big deal of "coming out of the closet as a fujoshi", (i've read BL for a while now, I just learnt that word today, feels a bit weird to use). I can totally understand why you feel mad, I would too. Being gay is not easy, living in fear of being rejected by the ones you love and society, I can only begin to imagine...... reply
I think you are overreacting a lot. Obviously people don't think being a fujoshi and "coming out" as one is as harsh as being gay. It's just a figure of speech. Doing something in secret. Some people say the same about liking anime/manga in general. A "closet anime fan" for example. People like to share their interests, which is why it can be hard ...... 1 reply
I'm a straight girl and when i started yaoi, i had no idea it was this popular(and it wasn't THAT popular when i started it) but i hided it even from my closest friends. I was so emberrassed because they would tell things like "why would a girl watch Junjou Romantica" or some shit like that. And telling them that i loved yaoi was not that simple. S...... reply
When I was 5, I started suspecting I was probably gay when I found the Spider Queen from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy movie, hot. I fully realized I was gay when I saw Shego from Kim Possible, and proceeded to read fanfics, since I had a high reading level for my age and I wasn't a stranger to things like sex, since I researched things I ...... reply
When I was 5 I liked one girl from my kindergarten and it felt natural. When I started school, around 7 I liked a guy and that felt natural too. And ever since then I would like people regardless of gender. I never identified myself as a bisexual so I guess I'm a pansexual because I first like a person and only after that, I can have sex with them....... reply
12 when I found out I was Bisexual. which is weird because at the time people were either either gay or straight and I dint know any gay girls just gay guys 1 reply
Lmao so imagine an awkward 14 yr old me, never had a crush, too busy watching naruto to notice anything in rl. Then this new girl joins our class and I was just like wowowo?? what is this??
I thought I just REALLY wanted to be her friend, but then at the same time, I would always be blushy and stuttery around her. So we become friends, and we bot...... reply
So, this is gonna be pretty long, but here's what I think about it. What the question writer said is something I agree with, so this is mostly just adding to his lecture.
I'm pan and live in a logging town in north idaho. I've seen people get spit on and harassed by both teens and adults in my school when people found out they weren't straight. So...... reply
Fellow gay guy here, I agree but idk. I think you’re too intense about it? If they treat it truly like it’s coming out like being gay, sure, but I think you’re taking it too seriously lol reply
'Things' are your daily life experiences by which you get to know the world around you. Tell others about the things you did, may it be cool, sad, crazy or funny. You can also find things that you might want to do and a friend to do it with!
