I get where you're coming from. When I told my friends about the fact that gender didn't matter to me at all...they kinda took it weirdly. Not that they thought it was a bad thing, but they just couldn't understand/ relate. I wouldn't hide it though, your sexual orientation is nothing to be ashamed ...... reply

Me too! I got into anime when I was about 10 and BL when I was about 12 and I'm 16 now and I never been to an anime event either. I live in a city that has many anime events but I've just never been! How strange. Maybe it is because I don't really cosplay 1 reply
