Guys with facial hair. Idk somehow facial hair is a major turn-off for me. I can't stand a romance/bl manga where the main guy has a mustache or beard or even a little stubble. Apart from rape and pedophilia? I almost always finish manga once I start it no matter what. It's a difficult question to answer, since every element that irritates me in most manga is, in rare cases, done well.
