Stranger by Syeonmyeong both (manhwa and Novel) age gap story but hits quite close to home because of how characters are portrayed. One has a patience of a mountain and another one cannot even trust the air he's breathing. A very Contrast couple but lovable.

This manga is sooo gooood. It has all sorts of LGBT+ representations. It gives you the perspective of a closeted boy slowly accepting himself, you also see a boy who has internalized homophobia slowly accept himself.
