what I do is, I hide my files in files that are named as Windows Update or Log.. etc etc. and when my brothers want to borrow my netbook, i delete my files that are in the open and then just retrieve it later. Last year: Cutting out toxic people (They are the reason that weights you down), eating nutritions (based on hand measurement) and eliminating high sodium and junk/unhealthy food, stretching and do cores + cardio + strength workout, stayed motivated and 8-9 hours of sleep.
