My first anime was Clannad, which I watched like 2 years before I actually got into anime for real. I found it because my friend showed me the song "Dango" and I liked it, so I was curious where it was from. I cried a lot watching it.

my very first manga was the law of ueki
i was going to a tutor's house with my sister, and while it was her turn being tutored i would wait in the living room and read the books they had there. they had the entire series of law of ueki in korean, so i ended up reading them all over the course of a few weeks.

My first anime was Sailor Moon and my first manga was OOKAMI-HEIKA NO HANAYOME..and it still my favorite manga. I sit at the edge of my seat waiting for updates. My other two manga's were fairy tail and bleach. Which I still both love:) reply

It was such a good manga but it had lots of Ecchi into but I don't mind.

Erm i vaguely remember my first anime but i think its one of the 3: Ghostfighter, Flame of Recca and Kureyon Shin-chan. For Ghostfighter my most fave character is the Long haired Hottie (Dennis) Kuruma he's the only one i couldn't forget and my first Manga is Faster than a kiss by sensei Tanaka Meca 2 reply
I think my first manga was Naruto. A middle school upperclassman drew a lot. I was inspired to draw much more from her. She introduced me to anime and manga as I first understood it as we became friends.

From what I've read and been told by friends that have visited Japan is that some places like local bathhouses often refuse to serve customers with tattoos because in some towns and cities it's still associated with criminals. I and some students from the Excellence class had the huge misfortune of entering the worst statistics class in the entire university. It was so bad that everyone, literally, everyone failed the first midterm. The highest mark was I think a 17/40. The professor had no choice but to add the full midterm mark to our finals. i've learned a bit on my own and i'm taking lessons online, but i'm also going to take some classes next year c: so far i've only nailed down the basics like how hirigana, katakana and kanji work and a few phrases, but nothing too big yet. i've also started learning a bit of korean, but not too much. i plan to learn it after i get the hang of japan...... 2 reply

I went to Chinese school on the weekends for about 6-7 years and I stopped about 2-3 years ago, but I still remember how to read and write a lot of the characters. I've always wanted to live in the rural areas where there isn't that much light pollution or human-made buildings. The idea of being able to see the billions of stars in the night sky and mountains and hills scenery is just so beautiful and natural.
