Again, “everywhere on earth” isn’t.
“When you all get better” is an interesting point because it implies that people shouldn’t criticize anybody’s beliefs, customs or practices even if those things are absurd, oppressive, outdated, or otherwise incompatible with the societies into which they are being imported.
Free speech allows for mockery and satire, even if the target, those who identify with that target, or those who don’t identify with the target but sympathize with the feeling/experience of being targeted, find it offensive.
What I said, the thing that seems to have your dander up, is if you do find it offensive, appeal to people through persuasion, and their higher nature of sympathy and understanding. Because if you call for censorship or advocate some sort of violent retribution, you will meet with resistance and intolerance anyway. But go ahead and try. See how far it gets you.

Yeah? Well, I don't like it when people go into magazine offices and slaughter editorial staff. If a Japanese mangaka wants to make of declaration of personal solidarity with the staff of Charlie Hebdo by reiterating their original satire, that's his/her prerogative. I don't think the cartoon has anything to do with you, unless you advocate the murder of people who disagree with you. If you feel it is a personal attack against you then maybe you need to look at your beliefs, because other people are telling you that some of those beliefs are piggish and need to be changed. You're free to have your beliefs, of course, but other people are free to mock them.
