Alex gets shitty. I’m not 100% sure what hen said to him but he fiddled with hen while Ivan was looking for him and kept doing it while I am was talking to him through the door. It appears like Alex has some bad intentions l. Like maybe he’s got some unresolved issues with Ivan. No clue. I didn’t want to ruin the manga for myself by continuing on with the raws so I have no clue how hen resolves being messed with after him and Ivan get all lovey dovey. I hope hen doesn’t get blamed since he can’t help it bc he’s vulnerable to all snake clan ppl even as he draws them all in. I really wish this was farther along in the English translations but it’s is what it’s is. I’m excited to read the sexy bits coming up with actual English translations bc it’s good without the context and I’m sure knowing what they’re saying will make it awesome.

Um, maya does this to nemu all the time and let’s not forget in the first chapter maya handcuffs nemu to a fence, blackmails him into head the rapes him. Then blackmails him into sex for awhile. In vol 6 maya even dealt with the fact he raped nemu after having an existential crisis after seeing another guy almost raped and hearing someone say how sad it would be to have your first time be rape. This chapter was refreshing bc it’s always maya climbing on nemu when he’s asleep or pushing him to indulge in some kink. Nemu has always been the no no type so the chapters showing him gaining agency over his sexuality and for once discovering his own sexual needs are awesome. If after hearing all that context you still think it’s rape then maya raped nemu approx 1, 792 X’s vs Nemu’s 1. In that context Nemu’s gotten a bit of payback.

Part 2
Also fiction is different then real life and there’s a reason women (and some men) are drawn to non con and rape scenarios in fiction. Same reason there’s rape play. I don’t get why everyone is against slut shaming when they’re so quick to shme men and women who enjoy rape fantasies. Especially bc those reading it are identifying with the victim. There’s a lot of reasons women are into this. And one reason it’s so prevelant in Japanese manga is bc women (and in their eyes the uke is assuming a female role-it’s backwards af but the Japanese have some issues with female sexuality and homosexuality) aren’t supposed to act like they enjoy sex. They’re supposed to protest to retain modesty.The sexism, misogyny and anti lgtbq shit is a lot more problematic then rape/non con in manga written primarily for women. Rape fantasy where the women (or guy) are forced into sex or an avatar (the character in the book/movie/etc.) is a normal thing for women and when ppl start talking about how horrible it is that’s shaming them. Do some research. I can tell you a someone who has been raped several times including being gang raped that I don’t want to be raped ever again. But I have enjoyed rape play with a partner where he pretends to rape me and enjoy fiction that has non con rape. The so called yaoi rape or the old school harlequin rape. Realistic depictions of rape I don’t enjoy although they can be great for bringing drama and angst to a story but I def am not into it. Bc there’s a difference. Ones a woman’s Fantasy and ones a women’s nightmare. (Or mans). Sexuality is weird and intriguing and one persons kink doesn’t always work for another. Just like you wouldn’t read a hardcore S&M scenes and think “how disgusting that man is beating his partner. That’s a crime, if you enjoy it your sick!” Why would you be so judgmental for this kink. Especially when (and I’ll stress this again) it’s a normal thing for women to enjoy this for several reasons. There are many sex educators you can find online who talk about the why the how and how it’s normal and a woman (or man) shouldn’t feel guilty about it. And unfortunately a lot of ppl haven’t had the education I’ve had and can easily think their some kind of degenerate. Which sucks bc they arent and it’s sad if they think that way or are shamed into thinking that. And what makes it worse is more then a few, like myself have had our own issues being sexually molested and/or assaulted. My ex had a fantasy of being raped by a woman. He didn’t want it in real life but he enjoyed the fantasy. Sadly for him he felt like that was something to be ashamed of. As long a everyone is of age and it’s consentual I don’t give a fuck what your kink is.

It even has some minor angst that is enough to pang your heart without wrecking you. My ability to read heart wreckers is almost non exsistant at the moment. Apparently me putting off dealing with my trauma in any meaningful way has ruined me for the kind of books I like to read, most movies and TV, it also meant I developed a mild form of agoriphobia. I don't know what it says about me that my inabillity to read what I want is what bothers me the most. Also not being able to watch The walking dead or to be able to watch the only decent looking zombie movie to come out in years. That hurts a lot. I just can't take to much human drama, zombies eating ppl? (except kids and animals, I can't deal with that) I'm fine. Ppl inside a zombie infested world dicking each other over? Apparently that's a bridge to far.

.....one half of the only gay couple on the show, (before even showing the couple.) So I thought I’d set her up with a sweet shounen ai manga. I want to be careful bc I want to stick to healthier relationship themes. She’s also a very young 14 year old. She really only started to hit teenagehood recently. She’s also shy about sexual themes (Although I think she’s got interest in romance and the pre sex stuff. (Not much past kissing.) So what I’d like to know is does anyone here rec this manga for a kid like mine. Do you have any other recs. I appreciate the help. I’ll look at the manga before hand but I’d like to narrow it down bc I don’t have the time to go through a bunch of manga. I stick to yaoi normally so my knowledge of shounen ai isn’t that extensive. .....who would always want me to come in the bathroom with her when she had to crap. She wanted someone to talk to I guess. I couldn’t deal though bc it just grossed me out way to bad.
