Thank you for pointing that out!!! When I watched the animation for the first time I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I hate it that he doesn’t do anything to mend his ways. In a way, he reminds me of junta from dakaretai Otoko. They both won’t take no for an answer.

His behaviour is quite typical for asian comics, but times are changing and what is outdated schould be spoken out. In many western countries his behaviour could be classified as rape.
I love this story! The novel was really good and the adaptation is doing a very good job.

Honestly, this story has so many loose ends, so many things started that do not contribute to the story. The reincarnation is a good example.
And according to the spoilers there will be more.

"u vojny ne zhenskoe lico" is quta a heavy topic. Like any other about war and women. Probably the dirtiest combination ever.
Russia still tries to not to talk much about the dark sides of this topic. At least the women are remembered now as heroes like the men. But not the price they had to pay for it. The survivors had to keep secret that they fought in the war, or else they were ostracised as whores. Although they saved so meny lives.
So does the mc have some connection to the angels?
