I read comments/topics saying there is no harem tag, and I'll like to remind y'all that sometimes tags get updated when the translations reach that point.
I can't tell you how many times i was happily reading a romance only for it to suddenly gain the dreaded tragedy tag.

The prince seems genuine, but I prefer the butler. I guess that even if he loves her I get the impression he never understood her. Instead of understanding her insecurities it's like he ignores them and tells her it's fine, disregarding her feelings. It's not done conciously, but that is the impression I'm getting.
Like the rumors of him with another girl, does he not think how people will react to this?! How his fiancee must feel?
Again, he doesn't seem like a bad guy, but as is this relationship wouldn't work out. Maybe later if they come to an understanding and develop as people, but as is nope.

Dear gods I want to see a story where the female lead straight up beats the 'rival' half to death. Or better yet have dragons chew her to pieces. Frankly I suspect she killed her fiancee in an attempt to get a better chance at a dragon through his brother or something. Please tell me she dies a bloody death.
Also the art seems so strange. Like their shiny shiny lips!

So what do you guys think? I think he should keep that fork equipped at all times. Nothing an stop him that way.

I thought it was a super interesting manga (baring the harem fanservice). The guy's relationship with Emily is great. His past as a corporate slave showed how the relationship developed as well as himself. However we gradually lost this and the importance of his past in his development as it weirdly just became a story of him grinding.
I guess I'm also very disappointed in how unbalanced he became. S rank drop rate for being lvl 1 would have been interesting to see. Like how would he fight higher ranked monsters with low stats.
But then he got stat modifiers. I honestly believe that robs much potential from the story as it enables him to be OP instead of him having an OP ability with severe restrictions. Itt would be cool to see him figure out a way to fight while having low stats.

I hope he stays adorable and a little stupid. It's very refreshing to see such a kind personality on a ML. Usually they're just using a kind facade and are jerks, like yandere's or something.

Ch 113 is definitely my favorite. If only we saw more of that in mangas under the romance genre. And like this is so perfect. Our MC did not do the deed and are still 'clean'. AH.

No offense MC, but you are kinda lame. I mean you don't have magic and instead knowing about modern day items constitutes as magic. It's great she uses her knowledge and I wish we see more instances of this, like food preservation or hygiene, but she was cheated. Accused of being a witch and no magic. SUCKS.
Anyways ch 15 was kinda badass. The ploy was obvious and not praiseworthy as it was possible only because they were stupid (but a more intricate one can easily be used for people of actual intelligence) but it still took guts to take such a risk. I especially love how it seems she will finish the last one off.

I read the only chapters translated, 15, of the novel but if anyone knows where I can get the original transcript I would happily use google sama and it's awesome powers. Or you know a link to an actual translation.
Anyway, this is really good. This story features the 'miscommunicatoon'/ 'misinterpretation ' trope and did it really well. The prince was traumatized and is justified in his hate and paranoia. To him the FL is simply plotting thus he won't believe in her genuine actions. Idk about you but that trope is usually used and makes the MC look ditzy and stupid. Just look at 'Father I don't want to be married'. That MC didn't realize the rat was referring to her. Good grief that was cringe inducing.
I really looked forward to how people react to her change. When the prince saw her saves
a kid he was suprised. Similarly one character didn't know her previously and believes the rumors are grossly inflated and the prince is self centered. That WAS GREAT. i kinda hope that since he didn't know her before he will fall for our MC who everyone hates (again, justified but very sad).

It was a really beautiful and tragic relationship. However the FL lived a censored life. when she realized what happened she felt horrified to the point she willingly died. Had the ML trusted her more I'm sure she would have helped and they would have lived happily.
It is ultimately a toxic relationship, and I really wish the FL had more self respect instead of this guilt to live for herself rather than to serve her ex. That would be the greatest ending, the FL moves on and marries a stud while the ML feeling guilt will continue to yearn for her and be alone for the rest of his life.I
Ultimately this is a really complicated relationship and many motives can easily be justifex, but I still want the FL to move on with her life.
Alzo the ML is like 20 years older. That's a huge no nto for me. even if they disregard age he will be old and die far earlier than her and leave her all alone. Truly a cruel fate.
