Shit repetitive story, where everyone else is a terrible/ evil person, the male allies are just there for comedy, the female allies are all annoying birches who blame the mc for all of their wrongs, and there is no real plot progression or character development.
Plus the translation is absolutely dogshit. 3/4 of the speech bubbles make no sense like they were very badly google translated and just copy/pasted.

*Random military group walks in^*
Military delegation suddenly walking into the scene; "Master Li Xiaofan, we barged into this private family meeting, forgoing any kind of public display as is the norm, to present you with this military rank promotion!"
Family: "We totally accept this sudden and totally not plot-armor thing to happen, no matter how rude, inappropriate, or against military doctrine it is! Le gasp, Li Xiaofan is now on equal standing to the antagonist! What a totally unexpected twist!"
Li Xiaofan: *is totally expressionless as always*
Family: "I don't accept this!" *immediately goes in for the kill on Li Xiaofan, in front of the FUCKING MILITARY*
Like really? Is this how the author thinks real people act? What kind of bullshit repressed teenage power fantasy world is he living in? Everything is so unrealistic. Everything only serves one single purpose, no matter how unrealistic or unlikely; To make the MC look like the most powerful, badass, respected, and loved person in the world by anyone but the enemy of the week.
Lets get this out of the way: This artist clearly came from shotacon work. Like goddamn the mc is a straight up shota, his male brothers are all baby-faced femboys, and the women surrounding the mc are all drawn like hentai "targets". Plus there's a decent amount of fairly sensual fanservice, though it's not even close to the worst I've seen.
That being said:
-Story: It started out pretty standard for a reincarnation story. But it was entertaining enough to keep reading. Then I got to the fight starting in chapter 29. Goddamn I'm hooked now. So many hints towards a really good story. MC's "done with research, now going for the kill" mode gives me mob 100 vibes, and the villains in that fight hinting at their origins across the ocean is pretty intriguing.
-The art: As said above, it has huge shotacon vibes. That is, once again, until the fight starting in chapter 29. The artist went ham on drawing the fighting, and I'm loving it! It's like the difference between fights and the rest in the One Punch Man anime! Also the twisted way they drew the villains, and how certain attacks were visualized. Just wonderful!
Chapter 51 now, and I can't stop reading. :P
