Maybe funny isn't the right word, but hear me out. The last 2 chapters kept talking about this test being about your emotions. How it's so important to cultivate them, and how Tang San needs to defeat his own emotions. Himself. It all sounds so deep and profound. But lets take a step back and look at what's actually happening: Three clones of himself with more power and the same abilities appeared and he has to defeat them in a fight. All it is is a 3 on 1 fight. All this talk about supposedly deep stuff and it once again just comes down to beating the shit out of each other until one side wins. xD
I get that all of these stories basically play out the same, but I wish the author didn't take god knows how many chapters JUST to introduce all of the soon to be cannon fodder for the mc...
"Here's a villain, he's super influential and very powerful among his peers". Next chapter: "here's another villain, let's introduce him too." Next chapter: "I'll just have them boast about how strong and influential they are for a bit" next chapter: "still boasting" next chapter: "Here's another villain, let me introduce him now" JUST GET ON WITH IT ALREADY.
