This can't really have a happy ending for me with the two being a pair. What Tsukasa did was unforgiveable -- he literally scarred him both emotionally and physically everyday for 3 years, and he's obviously a very twisted, manipulative, toxic person who's honestly just a fucking asshole (and thief, too). I wish nothing good for him. :)

Confused as to how this is a strong female lead. Seems like the usual "woman thinks she's something and that she can be independent, but have to realize she needs to rely on main male protagonists". Meh. I like Sumire, though, so I will give this a shot regardless.

In that respect this reminds me of Basara. I thought that one was just as boring and cliched and also had actually weak female characters. I separate the weak female characters from a story being cliched and boring in this case because Arthur is what makes this story cliched. An immature brat who truly seems to believe that only he has ever suffered or struggled. Ew.

So why isn't everyone going through this so-called "weak character growth"? She's portrayed as the weaker link, having to be saved by Arthur, who's seen as surperior, which shouldn't be the case if this was a "strong female lead". I'm merely questioning people having tagged it as such - there's a difference between character growth and biased, stereotypical writing.

No, I can see your point quite clearly, I tend to put my critical cynicism/feminism to the side when reading these damn things I think it doesn't bother me the king coming to rescue her because 1. She's a princess whose family has reigned relatively peacefully 2. Taking sword lessons still means squat when you're not fighting wars to hone your skills 3. She's the baby who's been sheltered-- THIS is a growing moment.
Now, shouid this continue over the next few chapters, I'll drop, but I do think she's going to kick ass based on some of those flash forwards. I'm willing to wait it out because telling a story with concise details seems to be up this author's alley

???? I don't get it. The plot doesn't make sense to me. I don't really wish for the main characters to end up together, when it seems to be completely due to the alpha/omega bullshit. They knew each other for 30 minutes and became mates because of his heat, now he can feel the connection since they're mates. He had no reason from the start to be in love with him other than outwardly appearance and the fact he is omega.

This is honestly one of my favorites from this genere. There's no fucking main characters acting like complete assholes, and it's *refreshing*! Cesar was never a bad guy and the original heroine just wanted freedom.
There's so many of these lately where the characters have done HORRIBLE stuff, and the author afterwards expect the readers to merely forgive it, since it was in "another life" and "this time it's different", but that's complete bullshit imo.

I'm really confused about Allen. Is he good? Does he mean well? Or is this some kind of plan of his, and he doesn't truly care for Tia? Please spoil me!

He will be a really good partner if he didn't twisted that much...
It's pity because of his upbringing, he became so tensed and anxious... And yeah, he's a yandere..
But he's not a harm for tia..
It just a simply love at first sight and the tought of wanna be with her all the time drives him to the next stage... such a pure childhood love story.. But yeah curse that blue head & his father... lol

Lucas is bae.
Ijekiel (or however his name is spelled) seems suspicious as fuck. Lucas said there's "dirt" on the princess, which makes her head feel heavy, every time she's spent time with him. [ http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/suddenly_became_a_princess_one_day/nto/to_chapter-34/5/]

I really like Elise, I do. But she's getting a little too Mary Sue for me. Maybe it's because I'm reading other stories right now with badass women, but she's just a little too timid and apologetic all the time. I love that she's incredibly intelligent and a brilliant doctor, but I just wish there was more to her personality.

Id have to disagree, however i do see how we don't get to really see her character growth since we didn't get to see her being a childish narcissistic evil human being.
Just have to acknowledge that she's being strong by defying what is considered the norm for a a noble woman.
She's trying to be a better her.

She also kind of has to respect the position and era that she is living in too dont you think? Although her mindset is actually of a charismatic modern surgeon. Her position in this world is that of the precious daughter of a noble family. Unlike others who were reborn as a baby and can carry out their personality at a young age or being suddenly thrown into an unknown world. She is walking safely around the path she has already walked on.

Of course. But we see other women around her, carrying themselves completely differently. I get it, though at the same time it seems just a little too "perfect" and fitting to the timid, apologetic woman role. People are moved by her due to her pampering her "audience" and going along their ways. For me, personally, it just seems a little too "perfect"; as I said, "Mary Sue".

I was thinking the same and looking for a comment stating it. She's a Mary Sue, definitely. Yes, she's trying to be a better version of herself in this era, yes she's respecting her position in this world and is chosing a safe path, but she's too perfect, everybody likes her...etc. It lacks realism. We need spices.

Also, I guess I just really appreciate that Shouma would never sleep around when together with Yoshino and that he truly, deeply cares about her - in a non-fucked-up-way.
Even though the dynamic with the main dude is funny, I don't feel anything else towards it, as he's clearly a psychopath.

I agree. I really wonder what the author plans to do. From what I've seen, the majority of fans would much rather Hoshino be alone or with Shouma. I reaaaaally hope the two leads aren't forced together. Fans are so in love with Hoshino, I don't know that they could ever let it go if the author put the leads together, but then again, maybe the Japanese fans feel differently.
Okay, this is *crazy* hot. I think it's the sexual tension that's been built up for so long, like holy fuck.
