binged this entire thing last night and i’m dying for more! i was reluctant to start this because the low ratings and top comments put me off, but i think people judged this way too early! sure semin is flawed, but he’s complex and layered and it’s such a joy seeing him slowly develop as the story progresses (and he receives the love he deserves :’( ). plus if he was a perfect well-adjusted mc right out the gate, there’d be no plot!
semin is one of my fave bl mc’s now; he’s so well written and realistic especially with how he overthinks and reacts. his actions felt so real, sometimes it felt like i was looking at a friend or even myself! this author nailed what it’s like to grow up with that kind of trauma constantly weighing you down, ugh. but he’s still so sweet and tries his best ugh he’s just so perfect my little cinnamon roll

Semin (seriously, autocorrect? THAT'S what you chose? Demon? Really) is a sweet baby. I get that people don't like that he plagiarizes but in his case it's not really something he can help. But as he develops and gets the love he deserves (as you said) I'm sure he will discover more and more about his own unique to him tastes.

this was my fave bl manhwa back when the original translation team posted it, but i feel its had like twenty translators since then? i don’t understand why since it’s been licensed but... and at the same time, i’m not trying to hate on anybody who’s tried; i know it’s hard and the effort is appreciated! it just sucks that i haven’t been able to enjoy or fully understand it in so long ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´ω`ﾟ)ﾟ｡ but that’s on me for reading for free haha i’ll just wait longer and buy chapters when it catches up :’)

why on earth does reo of all characters have fans?? what does he have to offer. even if u somehow can look past him being a rapist that literally ruined kuzuyas life, he’s still violent with rocks for brains. at most, he adds harada style “dark humor,” but personally, those lil gags aren’t that funny when you see kuzuya shaking with fear in every one. if you like the “big guy who can’t communicate his feelings” trope, there’s hundreds of manga out there with this setup. i just don’t get it

To be honest I'm very thrown off by harada each time, so my standards may be way off- but reo is literally so fucking scary with everything he's done, I can't begin to emphasize on how terrifying it is to be kuzuya. Even if it's just supposed to be funny.
