The rest is not.
There's a reason most of the comments are about how good the art is. It's because the plot, characters and overall structure are a mess.
My issues with it are more like, a bunch of conveniences that make no sense and aren't comedically acknowledged as an excuse. Behaviours that make no sense in context. The lack of any interesting personality traits. Ripping off specific elements from popular manga without understanding why they worked there or giving them a unique (or at least uncommon) spin.
There's nothing good I can say about it beyond the (really good) art.
Maybe, like you said, the author will improve as it goes.
99% of isekai ends with the girl getting a duke/prince. Authors seem to think all women have a princess fantasy.
Miss Not-So Sidekick is one of the few I've read with a crazy ml and I want another one.
Far more interesting than yet another duke/prince. Raise your hand if you have a princess fantasy? I don't. I don't know why anyone would.
UPDATE:
I made it 20 chapters before I knew it wasn't for me.
I'm not capable of liking manga where the ml undermines the autonomy of the fl. She may have said she won't be owned but saying it doesn't make it so. The prince (yes another fucking prince) treats her like property and she just scolds him a little about it. Which does nothing.
There's good here but please look to other comments, as this kind of ml always makes me nauseous and taints my view of the rest of the work.
For clever, strategic protagonists, I prefer: The Justice of Villainous Woman, The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass, and The Lady's Law of Survival if anyone is looking for recs.
It's a masterpiece..
FL is strong a total definition of badass (not in fighting but in decision making) really likable..
Romance is top tier they are open about their fellings..not like some dense MC..it gets better as story progresses..
There is a drama and an annoying step sister but it's tolerable..no ntr
I would say u should really give it a try..
It's one of my top fav
Everyone complains about the god, but he was supposed to be an asshole - he's a god. And he's easily the most interesting character in this entire manga.
A really good take on religion and how things get out of hand. Doing pointless things in order to self-soothe. Using the image of a deity to run your entire life.
How even if there were gods they would likely see no reason for worship and no need to interfere. And how humans need to leave behind this meaningless subservience and actually do things instead.
It's unfortunate that he just ended up all human in the end. The romance aspect did nothing to benefit this manga and a lot to detract from it. But I imagine it sold better than it otherwise would have because of the romance.
The fl is just a constant surprise Pikachu face. She had potential, with some good characterization elements, but the character design was all wrong for her.
The 2nd male lead got slapped with the 'knight' character stick and has nothing to him apart from that.
Tone is off. The plot is kind of all over the place. Gotta credit that it handled a lot of different characters well. Like, I never got confused about who was who and what role they were playing.
1. She disappears, everyone looks for her, ml knows where she is. BFF suspects. Bother are keeping quiet. Internal angst over whether to do his duty or leave her to be happy. External pressure.
2. Time passes, she stopped worrying that she'll lose her cozy life, maybe her cafe gets some proper customers. Still thinking of ml. Confession at the end.
3. Epilogue. Like the ending of Ch 10 except more shit happens. If you're going to have another savior show up, this is the time to PROPERLY set them up. Like hint at the kind of person they are and the pressures in the next arc.
Reading that final page, I'm calling it for this one too. The best thing about this was that it was warm, fluffy and relaxed. I'm not interested if their relationship is going to be challenged. It would be better to cap off their story and write a sequel with the new savior having a completely different arc.

What did you ask for?
If you asked for his genuine style then I can understand not paying since he didn't give you that. But if you just left it up to him girl, you still need to pay because that's your bad.
The criticism would also make me cry but I don't think it was harsh enough that it was unwarranted.
My bad i meant to like
Right. Like please pay ┗( T﹏T )┛
