READ IT PLSSS basically the beginning half seems like comedy and more light hearted but it gets more angsty as the charas themselves mature and grow. It explores relationships and letting go in a way I havent rlly seen it be explored in other bls and girlll I was clutching my chest

Ok I know this is a non serious manhwa but genuinely the ml jerking off to his dad and the other dad was so unnecessary. it ruined the main couple cus it showed ml was attracted to mc’s dad first and it feels like he only settled w mc cus they look similar then he gets mad when he thinks mc was into his dad?? killed my semi boner
Ngl I read the novel and thought it was pretty interesting esp when you get halfway thru with mc’s illness and the backstory of that. Starting off theres more smut cus thats kind of how mc and ml get acquainted but once they got closer tensions rise cuz of politics and their identities so I found that rlly fun to read. I feel like the style of “painter behind the curtain” wouldve suit this a bit more, kinda like a somber gloomy vibe bc it does have alot of angst

agree, i love the novel! very interesting political situation, good plot, and the whole double identity stuff. it's so deliciously angsty
it's a shame the pacing of the manhwa adaptation is so choppy
