Some people DONT know how to set boundaries…. People saying they’re too “grown” to be acting like this??? Age doesn’t mean you suddenly know how to deal with shii!!
I’ve been reading so much minuto and shizuma slander for no actual good reason! Their misunderstandings is honestly quite understandable. Shizuma needs to set boundaries but sometimes it’s hard for people (me included! I’m an adult with little to no boundaries and therefore sometimes I find myself in situations like shizuma where I tend to laugh things off/. Not think too much of and it’s hard bc people are like “you need to set boundaries” ITS FKN HARD!)
And no you shouldn’t make others deal with your trauma but shizuma loves minuto enough to deal with it.
When you have a partner, you should try your best to create boundaries, if you’re single do whatever idc, I don’t really set boundaries and just laugh things off and ignore it while I cry mentally lmaoo.
Minato has his good reasons, it stems from his trauma and he doesn’t want to think like that. He always tries to pretend to be fine and Shizuma tells him to tell him etc.
The one I really dislike is the boss, stay professional. Don’t involve yourself in your worker’s personal life.
Yes, but sometimes you don’t even notice you have to set boundaries until someone else tells you, minato isn’t being very communicative so far and is only lashing out (understandably) by ignoring him/ pouncing him.
For me it’s not just one of their faults.
That! I hate that the boss is getting involved and that people are blaming shizuma for the boundaries thing when it should be common decency to not involve yourself with others the way the boss has been doing…. (And it seems like he knows minato and shizuma are a thing so it makes it worse..)
I don’t think your partner should have to tell you to set boundaries. It’s something everyone should do for their own sake and common sense.

I liked the story really I did…. But the fact that he was his parent…………I couldn’t get that out of my head.
When he left in the 6th chapter I was really hoping the uke would find someone else and the story would end with the vampire finding his heart…. Idk I guess I knew they would end up together anyways but I just wished it didn’t end like this.. I hate stories where the child is love…. The first time they had sex too it looked like he was wearing a middle school uniform which is so weird to me if the vampire is 200+ years older.
I always defend the authors and honestly I wish I didn’t feel like this but anytime I read things like this I think “wow people really do anything to make cp/ grooming normal in these worlds”
The fact that not a lot of people are bothered by the grooming proves my point…. He was def NOT an adult when they had sex (he was either in ms or hs) but even if he was an adult it should not have been something normalized.,,,, love can come in different forms but as a 200+!!! Year old the seme should have put a stop to it immediately.
And by “I like the story” I mean I like the storyline I think it was interesting that the uke liked the seme but it would’ve been a good story if the seme found his heart and the uke found his other person, the idea was there.
I liked Akashis story a lot more honestly I wish I saw him find love elsewhere. Other than that I hated it and found it repulsive

Why do they keep saying 38 is old?? Like yeah it is old but not as old as they were making it seem……. They even called him a “grandpa” I thought 38 was “daddy” age
The story wasn’t bad but it wasn’t particularly good either… it was a bit boring and kinda felt rushed the way they dealt with the leopard gangs assault towards the town business owners.. they basically just swept that under the rug..
I like the seme but the uke doesn’t seem romantically in love with him and it overall just felt rushed/ long at the same time (btw I just tapped through the pages (╯°Д °)╯)
It upsets me when a character that clearly has platonic feelings towards the fl suddenly has romantic feelings for them?? Ishizuka and her relationship was so adorable and wholesome and now I can’t really shake off the feeling that he likes her :/ I love him sm but I love my ml more

The point of this manga, at least to me, is that two very different people are together because they love each other enough to tolerate the other.. Mina to loves Shizuma and therefore acts differently in front of him compared to others (lovely, kind, etc) and shizuma loves minuto enough to deal with his Bursts of jealousy/ helps him deal with his trauma!
Shizuma is quite….. idk what the word is (carefree maybe?) so sometimes he ends up hurting minato but they’re learning, I hate that everyone is all about “two grown men who can’t communicate” NOT EBERYONE IS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WELL YALL ARE SO SMALL MINDED

In the future chapter he does kinda set boundaries (?). He tells the boss off for telling him to break up with Minato because jealous partners aren’t good and that he can find other plenty of fishes anyways. The boss was being disrespectful and interfering with their personal life. And Shizuma sucks for even telling him about his personal life, unless they decide to be friends outside of work, I guess it’s fine.

Shouldn’t matter how many chapters in we are…… learning doesn’t mean he’ll understand everything in two seconds, he’s slowly understanding Minatos feelings and that’s a start, he’s changing but so is his environment so yes they have been learning to be together more as their relationship moves forward

And it’s not easy creating boundaries sometimes (especially with people with a higher standing that yourself) but I’m sure shizuma will! Let’s let it play out and see what he does :)

There's a clear distinction of not liking the story versus giving an opinion to the characters behavior. I wasn't trying to force my irritation on you either, I was letting go of it here so I wouldn't bring it outside my real world.
