Those who can't see why our protagonist can't connect the dots between the ML and the murders just don't get the blind faith some people can have when they've only been shown one side of someone.
It's like, if your best friend was accused of murder, but they've never shown themselves to have any hostility towards a single person on this earth. They work for the community, volunteer at shelters, never speak poorly of anyone and treats anyone they meet with respect- it'll be hard for you to believe that they killed someone, unless you see it yourself. You'd make every goddamn excuse in the book until you're met with irrefutable evidence, and even then you'd probably try to defend them because you've never seen that dark side of your friend.
We of course know better, we're readers on the outside of this crazy situation, but cut her some slack. The ML is so fucking cute . I adore him and all his Insanity.

-But I must say, one of my opinions is that the story as a whole is a poorly written concept, but it's not all bad. For a rape fantasy, this isn't the worst out there and if this was BL, (y'all forgive me for assuming), the vast majority of people on this site would have less of a problem with this story.
Rape and confinement are not something that should be shown as being positive or "feeling good" in the first few chapters of a story- but if given time and a natural flow, it could. A person could brainwash themselves into thinking pain feels good, it's trauma dodging. It is plausible.
It's the flow of the story that's really the problem, it's not just a rape fantasy, it's a terribly written rape fantasy that's only made for the sake of being a story about exactly what it is. It is just a story, and we are definitely taking it way too seriously. ╥﹏╥

So far, their communication has been godly, for yaoi couple to have even this much communication is a fucking blessing from the yaoi lords- however, they're still not talking enough. They're both traumatized, and stressed beyond the point of reasonable control. Seo-an is running off pure adrenaline at this point. It's not an excuse, but he is just a step away from having a full breakdown. Doh Woo isn't much different either. He was assaulted by someone he thought was one of his boyfriend's friends, watched his boyfriend retaliate violently against that person, and has had zero time to process it all. One of them is angry one of them is in shock, and I'mma need both of them to fucking talk some more.
