You keep making so much noise about what are clearly perfectly fine translations and you’re eventually going to drive the translators into dropping this. If you’re that bothered and want to keep being bugaboos, do it your damn self or buy the officials, my word. Am I the only one who thinks the author created unnecessary and unfair drama for Chiyo too now? Like he’s terrible, yes, but he did resolve to leave them alone and his handler was the one acting on his own “ideas” of what he thought Chiyo wanted to happen to Rindo. From start to finish he wasn’t involved and now he’s left to face the consequences of someone else’s actions and he wasn’t stable to begin with so it’s like if he hadn’t been roped in, had his emotions jumbled up and then left scared and abandoned to face what is basically the threat of losing everything at the hands of someone he views as the villain in his life he wouldn’t spiral again. Just my thoughts. The author should’ve ended this fucking ages ago when they had the amazing “I love you” make up sex.

As much as I’d love the idea of the “J panics over the idea that his emotional constipation has potentially led D to consider work at another gym” route, we all know it’s going to be “J completely misunderstands D as selling him out to a competitor and won’t listen to his extremely valid explanation and potential isolation/abuse/firing/granny death ensues”. I hate it here.

The plot and romantic development between these two was more satisfying in these 20 chapters than all 437 chapters of 19 days

So the idea behind the tragedy speculation would need yall to harken back to the beginning of the story. The transmigration happened due to our MC encountering Stone (who we thought was present Mimi but would also literally be the fake Mimi or his alias Stone or the God MC saw when taking hallucinogenics) and lived with this character in present day. Stone presented MC with the lotus necklace he wears everywhere. When Stone disappeared and the necklace started acting funny he was transported to ancient buttfuck no where which is what led to this sequence of events. But how the MC MET Stone was in an ancient tomb meaning that SOMEBODY is dead and MC didn’t exist so either our MC is going to be ripped away (by death or reverse transmigration) from ML or ML is going to die young since Stone was in the exact body ML looks like. At least if it’s reverse transmigration there’s always the surprise option of the author sending Stone back into the future/present day. OR if Stone was not the ML and was one of the other options I presented before, we have nothing to worry about our MC just fell in love with two different people and we had a stalking horse situation (thanks other guy for taking the L). Hope this provides some insight into why the tragedy rumors are going around!
