I thought this was going to be one of those light hearted sexy time stories, lol. I thought Alex was going to be the rough around the edges seme that couldn't help but fall deeply in love with DG, he would end up catering to DG every need,and wonder why he was being to sweet to DG and possessive of DG, instead Alex ended up being a rough around the edges seme who is possessive of DG but his outward attitude toward DG is still very cold. We know he likes DG because of certain behaviors but he retains his aloof personality. Not mention the story has been heart wrenching lately. Not saying I wanted the scenario that I envisioned, just saying the story played out differently than I expected. Is anyone else like me?

and no this is not BL. So what happened was that they got a request from the fiancee to break off an engagement (arranged marriage) between him and this girl, cause he wants to have fun since he's in college. So Yuu spent time with the girl and they eventually fell for each other but didn't tell each other, then the girl left a letter saying she basically likes him then she went to her hometown to cancel the engagement cause she wants to marry someone she loves. Yuu doesn't know if he should contact her or something then Dai says that she should be the one to contact him. All in all this manga had a open ending with nothing really confirmed, the ending is basically your typical we're all friends (they were all literally eating a parfait) with no conclusion.

here you have this guy who dumped you in middle school because he was afraid to be himself and then he randomly decides to come back into your life for no other reason other than he doesn't want you to be happy, even though he already ruined your life. i know there are assholes who are just assholes for no reason but i find the ex actively trying to ruin jihos life even though he doesn't and never did like jiho really strange. it would have made more sense for the ex to actually have been in love with jiho at one point making his acts of evil a result of ealousy that jiho was able to move on and accept his sexuality. instead he doesn't like jiho and never did and just wants jihos life to suck??

He's attracted to Jiho and always has been. He could treat Jiho kind of badly and Jiho would still wait eagerly. And, he knows Jiho would NEVER out him. I think he did like Jiho, just in a self serving kind of way.

i realized why im blocked from enjoying the fluffiness, its because whiles skyler suffered abuse from his mother, he carries no trauma from the misunderstanding with yeonduk. yeonduk on the other hand experienced many traumatic events as a result of the misunderstanding. He has trauma when it comes to love because of skyler/minjis relationship, he has bullying trauma where skyler watched while yeonduk was punched, and he also has trauma by just hearing about skylers friends because the ones that skyler hung around with mocked yeonduk and everyone at the school that liked skyler from friends to admirers hated yeonduk for "following" skyler around. just seeing skyler and being with skyler causes all of these traumatic memories to rise up for yeonduk whereas skyler was only loved for and cared for by yeonduk so being with yeonduk comforts him instead
I don't think that Skyler has no bad memories/trauma from their misunderstanding. He was alone in his family (father left him and mother was abusive drinker) the only person he trusted was Yeonduk. He was the only true person in his life and he lost him. He felt betreyed and alone. Add to that the fact that he belived that Yeonduk was the person that make him stay with his mother and abbandon his father. For a kid it's pretty traumatic

yeonduk thought minji, skylers ex, was skylers first love but skyler says that yeonduk is/was his first love. i guess what i really want to know, is even if minji wasn't his first love that doesnt mean he didnt like minji at some point right? idk, someone help me not feel so petty. did he have any feelings at all for his ex?
It was already brought in the story that he did. Whenever he has special feelings for someone, supposedly his first relationship that lasted so long with Minji, he kept her stuff and did not really throw them away. So I believe he did. Also in the recent chapters Yeonduk said he never thought he would ever hear the soft and gentle voice that Skyer uses when speaking to his significant other beingdirected towards him. And you see a flashback of Skyler on the phone presumably speaking with Minji his first serious and long term love interest.

its expected since vampires live extremely long but lee bin actually had another love named ria? in chapter 19 he was thinking of them and saying the ria that i loved, ria, ria, ria. it always makes me a little sad to think that one of the mains has had another great love of their life before

you could tell haruna was starting to feel something for nao after that mock confession but he still ended up agreeing to date maeda and they continued to date until the very end even when nao finally properly confessed and kissed haruna. like what the hell, nao confesses to you and you still go to the festival with maeda. that pissed me off because i thought hed want to consider the confession first but instead he didnt think about it until half way through hanging out with maeda at the festival

Thanks for clearing that up, I was wondering why he seemed hung up over nao but still dated the girl. So why were they at the festival together? And why were they hanging out alone on their day off?
he fucked up jiwons broadcast and he got his heart broken into a million pieces. the thing is dg is like many a dumb person in love, they have hope, any little "kind" action is interpreted as some sort of reciprocation and they end up needing a harsh wake up call to realize they've been naive. this is the beginning for real change and i hope the author makes it an opportunity for both characters to grow instead of a reversal of circumstances where jiwons does a little pining and they get together. i want to see apologies, i want to see communication, i want to see honest conversations. both have a lot of growing to do and for the love of god can DG actually be given something hes passionate about other than alex, id love to see him make more firends and meet more people

Do so many authors feel the need to insert girlfriends, multiple girlfriends in the narrative. I'm a little annoyed that he had so many girlfriends and had one recently and yet also wanted to keep it a secret because he knew it would make things weird. Just annoyed idk
i do agree with you but i also believe that he actively left out when he would get a new girlfriend, even if they weren't meaningful relationships, they were relationships he chose to enter into, why have a girlfriend or girlfriends if that girl wasn't a meaningful parts of your life. thats the part that makes me bummed, i guess either way i cant be pleased, lol. because if he really did like his girlfriends to some extent, im bummed, and if he didnt but he still chose to have girlfriends, im bummed. i just wish there were no gf involved at all, im petty haha
