Im disappointed, and it has such a good premise. This story is choppy and has a horrible story writing pace that makes it jump all over the place.
It truly felt unorganized and uncoordinated, which was SUCH A SHAME since it was really cute if you could read past it. Some moments are better told than others and u get a clearer picture, but this just wasn’t it. It felt like a story being told by AI if I’m being frank.
If anyone knows of another story with a similar premise and better narrative telling I’d appreciate the recommendations.

And when I say that it is horribly written, I’m saying PERSONAL opinion.
“Horribly” is a strong word, but sincerely it is jumpy - as in the story is at one point and then a completely different point - and choppy - as in you missed an entire plot line. They’re trying to rush to get to their favorite points but miss so much critical info while at it.

This fucking omega is so stupid it physically hurts. No critical thinking skills, BUT at least he’s a character. Cuz Jesus Christ I’ve never seen a more bland character like the Alpha. Somehow he felt like he had no character at all, just a romantic sex robot for the omega at most.
And then the frankly not necessary “third” love interest? And the way they fix him up is to get him with his brother by bull shitting around his plot device?

It was really good, I typically don’t like when they’re exes or go back to their past relationship but this was really well done. I think the mystery of why he was doing it was really easy to figure out after a bit but like, then it was like damn dude.
Stick ur dick in crazy or let crazy stick their dick in u it’s over.
I was a lil sad with the abrupt ending, but like it was a good lil worrying twist there.
Interesting ass story, I love body swaps after death. There’s another one like this that I also really liked.
Mason has his own issues, but overall he still maintains his own. Ahhh, idc what anyway else says I love the obsessive lead type too, but not too obsessive, just a possessive type of lover that is exactly what Noah is.
I like how he still gives mason his space too, honestly could’ve gotten lot darker. I wish it was longer,,,
Ok, so without spoilers on top - despite the supposed plot holes, I feel like it was still tied up pretty nicely in and even finished them. It’s hard to explain without pointing them all out, but without going in depth it was satisfying in my opinion the way it ended. Aside from that, the story was compelling and I’m so FREAKING THANKFUL THAT THE RELATIONSHIPS WEREN’T WEIRD.

Initially I was incredibly annoyed with K for being so freaking soft with Lou, and I don’t mean that in like a a literal sense I mean that in like… my god he’s abusing you in the beginning and ur still fumbling around, get ur head on straight. I felt like he never really did get his head on like ever, he was still soft and forgiving to the very end but the only one wu really changed was Lou. That wasn’t bad, because the change was nice and it was good to see Lou really REALLY repenting for the way he treated him. It’s nice that they discuss it too. I really liked that.
Now on Ray, my god my sweet sweet boy. He deserved so much. Like my god he should’ve killed Edith, but he didn’t becuz he’s a better man than Edith deserved.
I get some ppl might be upset about Ray leaving, but HONESTLY it was the best thing he could’ve done. The author wanted to give him his freedom and after literally fighting death off of the authors hands, it seems right to let him go.
Sorry Asher maybe they can reconnect? But ray deserves this after all he’s been through.

Many unanswered questions. Where tf is the crown prince? Did they just drop that? They had more closure with the brothers than they did with that. Not even to mention his real world, they had mentioned how he would go back to where he originally came from but it appears that was also just a flop -_-.
Idk if it was just me, but I legit loved Daniel the most out of everyone. Like without spoiling, I was just crying the entire time cuz I wanted him to be the main character and like maybe side stories on the main couple.
Honestly though, the relationship took me for a loop, whole heartedly. I was NOT expecting that, what’s crazier was him reciprocating it. It was a decent story whatever, only cuz Daniel carried it on his back. I’m as crazy for him as Rael and his brother was with his complex. He was also my rock this entire story, idk what it was about him, but he really was just built different than Rael.

Like ok I get it they never thought of each other as siblings. I believe it more from her than him since she had a chance to like see him as nothing more than a “character” for a while and sure they didn’t talk for a bit, but the step sibling thing is like sometimes daunting on you while you read it.
And can’t read it without them bringing it up. Still I read it tho so am I any better?
I just hope that with the “OG” FL being back, she doesn’t get stupid about it since this boy has literally been obsessed with her for a while and she’s been dense about it.
I am very thankful for when it gets confusing those translator notes come in clutch. I get that they have to jump a bit sometimes through the novels to get certain parts in, but there was def some confusion especially when they kept aging them up. I really like it though, it was really good.
God when I first saw this I thought hm looks suspicious and interesting. Then I started reading Nd it really seemed like they were setting them up for a poly relationship, BUT NO ITS ONLY THE WORST STORIES THAT GO THAT ROUTE. Cmon man you have such a good fucking foundation for a poly relationship between the three, fuck it add the dragon in there too, but NO u force a proposal that was just SHOE-HORNED…

The Rest of the story bored the FUCK outta me then. Such an interesting premise thrown to fucking waste because of the horrible relationship writing. I wouldn’t even be mad about a monogamous relationship with the female lead if she had ANY SEMBLANCE of showing that her typical care for ANYONE was anything more than a show for her to survive. She had so much trauma she never unpacked :/ there so much more I could rant on that, but whatever.
So , spoilers* and incredibly ranty.
He forgets entirely about end because of the plot, and has almost no emotional ties to her until they go back in time again and he sees her again and it just clicks for him? Like… it conflicted me so hard,,, he loves his daughter enough becuz he built emotional bonds to her during the time raising her, but it just made me so sad with her mom ;-; she got the shortest end of the stick. Just come back for the woman or something you guys are already fucking up the timeline anyway cause Christ sakes Every damn fuckimg time it seems like the butterfly effect has no stakes in manhwa ON MY LIFE. They just fuck around all they want.
Of course people who drop it lose the plot somewhere along the lines. It’s pretty generic like every other story, but it really is a decent read. To keep it short. If you want a good and short read, reccomend it.
The FL and ML are somewhat frustrating at times, but not all too bad. And the side couple is nice. The story is ok.
NOW THE CONS:
I could not, for the life of me get over how the ML brushed over the prior fiancé’s assault after the FL mentioned it and he doesn’t react until the FL mentions it almost happened again. It seems like the only person who really cared was the FL, and even she saw how fucked it was that she mentioned in the one chapter how “if only she had that one person by her side” and it’s his shadow because SHE KNOWS how fucked it was that he wasn’t there for the prior fiancé.
And I know that the FL is head strong, I get it, but she got over her own assault very quickly. I’m not saying it’s not possible, hell it very much is, but the entire scene with the prince up until the after was just poorly done.
It was there for the story sure, but it wasn’t there for plot progression. Overall just done distastefully.
It seems like this also became a major turning point for how the treat the mystery now. The FL who gave it a lens of empathy and care now doesn’t anymore, it feels cold and more rushed. Truly a shame since up until the point the FL had been doing so well with holding The way the fiancé had been treated with such a delicate glove.

This story was really good, sure the mystery could’ve been a bit more fleshed out with the reveal but overall, it keeps you hooked pretty well. There are some issues you run into which I can get into, but without digging too deeply into it this was really sweet and concise.
Seeing other comments it’s really shame they cut it short, this feels like it would’ve benefited from more like other long winded stories. It really didn’t overstay its welcome, at least in my opinion.
FL was a really enjoyable character. not particularly a strong headed boar head, but not a damsel in distress. She held strong in very VERY horrible situations (without spoilers, but if you know, you know) and of course was empathetic towards the prior fiancé and princess which was sweet to see.
the ML was nice as well, I liked how he treated the FL , the romance developed nicely and how he cared for her was sweet. SPOILERS
For me one of the major things that I enjoyed the most was that he was willing to leave everything behind to be with her, which isn’t something that you see often in these stories. Even then she still stayed, of course she became a queen,’but it was nice to see him willing to leave it all behind. It’s not like she was living the bad like back in Korea either.
I see a lot of comments saying it’s confusing, but it’s not. The only thing it really is, is a mid story. It’s not the best and not the worst. Some parts are interesting but then other parts fall flat.
For the most part you can see where the author was trying to write a cohesive story, and it does round out if you can read between the edges but it unarguably doesn’t fully pan out the way as a reader you’d want it to.
The FL felt weak, at times her character was flat, there was no drive to her and even when there was it felt like she did it for the sake of just doing it. She had no actual personality aside from “I’m the protagonist so I have to move as such.”
The ML felt like a damsel in distress without having a hero becuz I assure you the FL, despite being a hero, fucking sucked at being a “hero.”
What was the plot… I like to finish things to hate on them and this was one of them, cause listen BL is already known for its toxicity but man you took his dick away?
And ok that’s not even an issue as a whole, more power to him if that’s how he wants to live, but cmon man, can’t get any more whack.
Aside from that, the entire plot line just pissed me tf offffff. I’m not gonna spoil here - but My god, the only thing really was the backstory was decent, but it still doesn’t give any leeway to the rest of the story. It’s like whack as all hell still, it’s not just good.
Overall, just wasn’t worth it.
Ok first off I want to start saying - Oh god this was so cute! I loved everything about it! For the first time I thought, finally, a manga (cuz typically these r all manhwa) that has a decent story for a reincarnation villainess! And since it’s a manga I came in with my reservations but there was no weirdness! This was genuinely so fuckiingnsweet and I enjoyed the every loving hell out of it.
HOWEVER,
What was up with the sis complex thing at the end tho???? Like ;-; I might just hopefully be a misinterpretation but with the way the ML
was telling the FL she was still the same it concerned me, maybe he meant like that she was clueless as to how he was the same as the ML or about his sis complex, but who knows at this point. There was a comment a bit back that eased the worries a bit so if you have the same worries def reccomend you go back and read it!
I’ll come here with the none biased review of the story that doesn’t immediately bash a story for its gross misuse of triggering topics that all these stories tend to do.
Anyway, the FL is such a badass I’ll say it outright. I like how she’s not easy to back down, how she strives for her goals, she’s just an enjoyable character. She does falter a little to the rumors of her husband but let’s be real, he hasn’t particularly done anything to discredit them initially.
Another thing that is refreshing is the way she goes about building the relationships outside of the ML. Whether it’s with the garbage FiL or the G that is her uncle, or the way she stands strong against her ops.
The ML needs to get his shit in check really, some communication between them would go on long way but these stories don’t go that way typically.
It was a good read either way, 6/10.
