Jaekyung caught feelings a lot sooner than we're supposed to believe?? Like, we saw the way he literally tossed that one dude out for a mild inconvenience but he's stuck with Kim Dan this entire time??
We know from the first time we see him that he has the ability to practically get anyone he wants, and yet he practically refuses to let Kim Dan go lol
I don't think Jaekyung is even aware of his own actions ((not the sex scenes ofc but his incessant jealousy and possessiveness)) 'cause he's never been with someone as long as he's been with Kim Dan.
It's so bad that Heesong even jokes about how short-lived Jaekyung's partners are. Yeah, a lot of that has to do with his short-temper and how fuckin' rough he is, but I think how disingenuous the people he's slept with are also plays a big role in why nothing lasts. He's super famous, hot and rich. Ofc people would only be superficial with him but hit the bricks as soon as it became too much.
I don't think he's ever been intimate with anyone as genuine and honest as Kim Dan.
Not excusing Jaekyung's actions btw. So put the pitchforks away lol I'm just stating observations based around my vast knowledge on bl/yaoi works.

Also, I don't like Heesong.
His personality and viewpoints on relationships is scummy. At least with Jaekyung, atp, we've seen how he wants to keep Kim Dan by his side and not let anyone else have him. Heesong would just toss him aside as soon as feelings got too strong or when Kim Dan's youthful looks eventually expire.

I feel this. My physical trauma I've recovered from for the most part, but the mental stuff has stuck with me for 13 years.
But it was reverse where he would say I was so ugly that no one but him would ever love me.
Thankfully my partner of 4 years thinks I'm the cutest thing ever and reassures me of this regularly completely unprovoked.
Things will get better (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Styles change and adapt throughout life. For webcomic/manga artists sometimes adapting an easier style for long-form media makes it easier to push chapters out in a timely manner. It's also easier on us health-wise in the long run.
No one can keep up a weekly/bi-weekly update schedule using highly detailed AND colored styles without causing permanent and serious damage to themselves.
If the style suddenly looks "cuter" or more simple it's mostly due to time constraints and health worries.
But ya'll wouldn't know this if you never made a comic or drew in your life.

It's just crazy to me 'cause I notice changes in art styles and simply think "good for them, I hope this is easier on them" lol
I can barely push out a commission a week and that's with me pushing myself. Could not imagine busting out a full chapter every week or two.
That and YES!! VAN IS HOTTER AND SOMEHOW YOHAN IS FLUFFIER??????
I was like "damn, this boy turned the volume way tf up on the hair" this previous chaper lol

That May Sound bitchy but ... I find, a Lot of people Here are super harsch.
I know some manwhas where people pointed Out, that the Artstyle changed to the worse. I'm just a Hobby Artist, so i don't really have an eye for this. But what Most people call "a devastating change" i often don't even see ...
Here it is quite obvious, but in the end, it's the Artist decisions. I understand the Feeling, that you want to say Something. But some people just Cross the line xx.
And in the end, it's all objective. And when you drop a title you dearly Like, just because of a little artchange ... *Cough* thats just superficial *cough*

I just get super touchy with this subject.
I looked up to Miura, the creator of Berserk, a lot. I still do even now after his passing. When it was found out that one of the major causes was due to how stressed he was trying to meet the demands of this industry I broke something inside me.
Not to mention we also lost the creator of Solo-Leveling not too long ago and another artist had a miscarriage due to her editors forcing her to work too much on her series.
If a smaller, lesser known artist decides to make stylistic changes to make it easier on themselves then so be it. I suffer from an array of sleep disorders and carpal tunnel from my earlier years of forcing myself to crank out art piece after art piece without proper rest. I went through a 6 year artblock and burnout phase. I'm just now getting back into the art scene at the age of 30 lol
I just think most people art too stupid and greedy to realize how stressful this shit can get.

Uff, i did know that the industry Had Problems. But i didn't know it was this Bad xx. Thanks for telling me this. This lets someone even more appreciate the products, esspecially as we are littlerly Reading them Here for free, illegal xx. What makes this even worse. But now i know that i need to Support the Artist even more, which i can Buy in Europe(oversea is to expensive ).
And i Hope you get better and find a way that works for you :/. Do you have a insta?

I can understand art style fluctuating, changing, or anything along those lines especially for health reasons or time constraints. But in my opinion I previously loved this story because it didn't follow the previous troupes of Big-beefy-Stoic Top x Smaller Twink bottom. This troupe is a touchy one for me as someone who is actually a gay guy who struggles to find manga/webcomics that aren't just fetishization. But now it suddenly does and Victor looks about 15 years younger while everyone is about the same just softer. I do not think it is stupid and greedy to be upset when a piece that was decent to read to suddenly fall into things that have pretty unanimously been categorized as unfavourable by the marginalized community the series literally centres on.

Yeah, I don't think a lot of people realize how stressful and harmful this industry is.
Of you've ever heard of or read Hunter x Hunter the creator of that is basically permanently bedridden and his wife, the creator of Sailor Moon, has even offered to step up and continue his series for him. He even received backlash from supposed "fans" when several chapters suffered through quality changes due to his poor health. And he's VERY vocal about how much his health and life has deteriorated due to how stressful being a mangaka is.
And I don't have an insta lol I tend to lean more heavily into NSFW content so the only place you can really find me is on twitter under the same username as here.

A lot of webtoon/manga artists are queer individuals themselves. I myself am gay af and nb in a relationship with a queer nb artist.
The whole style has taken a shift since the beginning of the new season. This happens, I've seen it happen even with veteran webtoon artists like Brothers Without Tomorrow and long time BL manga artists like Naono Bohra. One of the most notorious and well-known yaoi series, Okane ga Nai, is created by and drawn by a gay man that leans heavily into old tropes and stereotypes.
If something doesn't suit your tastes there are literally thousands-- and I think my read count can testify to this-- of other titles you can read instead of whining about an art style shift that could be potentially making an artist's job much easier on their health.
You are literally reading this shit for free on here.

He was slender, not skinny. Read literally 2nd chapter we see Victor has muscles and abs. He was strong enough to push down Yohan. Now he looks so short and child like. Season 1 Victor looks like a father of this season Victor. As the person you replied said, I art style changed (I noticed it usually happens around face when artist change their style) but they mad ehim look so much younger, almost like he is a minor, while in 1st season he looks like he was well over 25 years old. And since this hasnt happened to anyone else I don't think it's simply style change. Yohan and Van look prettier but they still look like adults. Victor is the only one that looks like he age bacwards 15 years.

And did you read the Rest of the Manga? We Had chapter two Victor for a veeeery Short period before the Style changed the First time. The only difference i See now, ist that Victor became more soft. I totaly understand when people don't Like this. But this is No reason to hate the Author. When you don't Like this just leave. You didn't Buy anything, and even then just get a refund.
I hate how easy it is for people to hate on Others instead of just moving in with their lives ...
Dick I have ever seen.
That's it. That's the only thing my brain can process.
