GiYoon knows. He's just pretending. The ghost asks him if he knows, since he reacts differently to the real director and to the ghost himself who took on the shape of the director. And we can see he knows in that frame that shows that he knows, but is just pretending or ignoring it, by the overlap in the ghosts' appearance and the form it took.

Imo, take it with a grain of salt. The story's ending left much to be desired, coming across as mediocre and underwhelming. The central conflict between the Seme and the Uke stemmed from a lack of communication. theres bullying and then some like psychotic shit and mentally deranged actions… if that makes sense. getting past that, its getting better.
tldr: it gets bad, then worse, the fucking even more worse, now its slowly getting better/healthier
Yeah it does have stuff about bullying in the first like 30 chapters but then it gets psychological around the 10th chapters or until she meets siyoon, but everything afterwards till 100s are just them living their life
