I used to wanna do medicine and I got into like facial aesthetics bc plastic surgery pays well lol— anyway this is what I learned. Babies, they have flatter faces, reduction of the brow ridge hairlessness, less muscle mass, smaller, legs, arms & physical size— these things make babies babies y’know and cute and that’s for all races.
But as we grow up we lose some of those characteristics, and how much we keep of loose is directly affected by ethnicity. Following this point of thought, as most East Asians grow up into adulthood they keep a lot more of these “childlike” characteristics, keeping a larger heads, flatter faces, thinner bones, hairlessness etc. And bc we attribute this stuff with kids and babies— cute— East Asians have those same connotations of youthfulness or in your words the Asian baby face. This whole thing is called Neoteny :))

I hated how the uke and seme’s relationship consisted of them having sex and then fighting so that the seme can save the uke and they can do it all over again. All the male characters besides the uke seemed a bit unpleasant and creepy especially the glasses guy. “Take responsibility.” No, shut the hell up, did you not remember getting kidnapped and drugged?!?
Everyone’s talking about how the uke is independent despite him saving to be saved by the seme at every corner and getting almost raked at every corner. I’m okay with feminine and pretty boys but taking out all the girls makes it cheap and having him have the density of a black whole where he can’t see the danger until it’s almost up his butt makes him seem more stupid than anything.

Lol I dropped at 22 but I couldn’t stop before then cus I was semi invested already . Sort of hoped it would get better and when I saw it wouldn’t I stopped before I got actually attached to the characters.

Sometimes people just continue what they started and hey it's boring to just have one side of opinions right? As for me I'm okay with the story and is enjoying it but reading different opinions and criticism actually makes me realize a lot of different points. And I kinda agree it's getting repetitive - I don't mind, but the fact that the Louie always has to be around a new character that'll end up attracted to him is kinda depressing, for me at least. I know it's not Louie's fault (it's a researcher thing to be absorbed in your work and wanting to complete something out of curiosity and he's just trying to help always) but I feel bad for Caesar each time and it's frustrating how he's really soft for Louie and ends up making up with him immediately anyways (can't blame him too, that's love lol). I also hope there's an event to solidify their love MORE towards Louie's side cause so far it has always been Caesar that endured and had hurt more.
Partialy agree. However, Ceasar just too sensitive and gets jealous so easy, but ok here is Louie's fault, cause he is sooo naive and stupid to realize that he is in danger. Still, Ceasar tooo sensitive, because he know that Louie is not a type to cheat, still unstead of tellong why he is jealous and why Louie in danger he just say - you can not. Also, he everytime see Louie to fck, but that is not love, when you want to fck in every corner. Even when they argued abt this theme Caesar was upset, because Louie did not want to fck!! Luoie wanted just casual spendjng time without getting horny....After even getting along Louie still followed Caesar and f*cked
The first part was good but idk it felt like we were watching two different couples and stories. For a couple pages I thought that this was a manga with a theme of stray cats named tama and we were looking at a completely separate couple.....The characters looking different and seem to have different personalities after the first part was done too.
I hope they make a continuation of this since it’s so interesting!

I like the story but I’m conflicted about the characters. The MC feels a lot like what I believed Jeannette was like in the original story where athy was executed for not being loved. I can’t help but sympathize with the purple haired girl since she’s treated like trash for circumstances out of her control. Maybe she’s scheming to kill the MC and is actually trash but thinking about her situation, she could easily have been the MC in a different story. She’s also suppose to have the mentality of a 20 year old but that went down the drain really fast.
Yes she might have schemed to fall there but from her face when the MC asked her is she was ok and tried to pulled her up, she was shocked. The only other time they’ve interacted is when the MC told her to get out of her garden and when she was behind her father. It’s not a stretch to believe that the purple haired girl seriously thought that her younger more privileged sister doesn’t like her. She’s young and probably thinks as everyone as her enemy in a situation where almost everyone seems to hate her.
yeah but even so her sister is a baby she's so small and if she has already shown signs of wanting to be friends with her older sis then she should just slowly accept it or get out of the way. Atty in the original story was friends with Jenette true she ended up dying but she liked Jenette since the begining here that princess just wants to tarnish the ruputation of her baby sister... Hope she change though it would be cool if they were more sister like in the future
People seem to think that Kirishima is scum for sleeping with other women while pursuing Yoshino but I think it’s fine right now. Kirishima is still doing it only because yoshino is 100% okay with him sleeping around. If she was bothered in the slightest and asked him to stop, I honestly think he would. This certainly isn’t a conventional relationship standard for “pursuing” someone but these two aren’t conventional people and they’re both A okay with it. Also I think Shouma is closer to her brother than an actual rival ML. He hates Kirishima because his dear family member is being pursued by the shadiest guy in Japan. It’s not really jealousy as it is so much a protective instinct that occurs in all family.

I’d also like to note that they aren’t even together. She’s in Tokyo cause her grandfather wanted her to go due to an underlying plot we don’t know a lot about yet, using the arranged marriage as a cover. There’s a lot of foreshadowing of other antagonists and conflicts aside from their rocky relationship.
another note— from the first chapters she was planning on leaving him after the year was up. Does no one remember this? She is not invested in Kirishima AT ALL and he knows this. Why can’t he fuck around again?
I think he would tho, if it bothered her enough for her to avoid him. Remember in the later chapters where he was asking what he should do to get her to fall for him so she would stay and offered to change but she refused cus she great like that. His reaction before was that he was surprised it didn’t bother her at all since they’re technically fiancés right now and he’s popular so the stereotypical girl would feel some jealousy.
