but consider the time that this occurred at. yuri was there for tamura throughout his childhood, when he was alienated and alone. yuri invited tamura to his house, yuri gave tamura a best friend in him. he even influenced tamura a lot. the time where yuri and tamura do it, is right after yuri had been confessed to by the stalker. yuri's emotions are probably in turmoil, everybody uses yuri and tamura as tools or looks at them as weirdos. to be confessed to, is probably a first for yuri, to be viewed under a romantic light, he was probably overwhelmed af, and so out of everyone who does he choose? the one person he could rely on, tamura. why did tamura let yuri do him? because yuri was there for tamura every step of the way, and tamura is there for yuri when he needs him. it's their own weird way of doing things, but i think that the scene where they switched, really spoke more on reciprocating each other's trust and they probably understand each other very much. yuri is so rough and uncultured, which shows how he has not been loved, and probably has a rough time at home (he may have had a sexual experience very early on, perhaps rape). which is why this stalker san is probably a good fit for yuri, someone who would shower him with gentle love. on the other hand tamura sits back and lets yuri do whatever he wants, and is so gentle but he can't be straight about it and does it in a round aobut way. which is why he idealizes yacchan, but yacchan is a good for the super nice tamura, because he would make tamura stronger. i love tamuraxyuri's relationship, i think it's a very exaggeratedly weird (would be an understatement) but beautiful friendship :)!

i loved elektel delusion way more, but because the author pretty much stopped this story and continued hidoku shinaide, i started liking hidoku shinaide more. i hated hs because of the way it started out (with rape and stuff), whereas this one they both had an active choice, and i liked this couple more, they were just cuter to me. but then after how much i saw nemuxmaya grow as a couple and as people together i started liking them too, i wish the author payed elektel delusion the same attention as hidoku shinaide T_T

i think in the first case with his senpai, mirai probably thought ok let's give it a shot since i kind of like this person. But in the second case with the college guy I think he was really taken up by the pace. If you've ever known anyone in real life who was in high school and dated a college/university person, this sort of thing happens A LOT. It's not manipulation, but there's somewhat of an inborn trust from the high schooler's side towards the college aged one, and they just follow them and trust them greatly. The high schooler's also tend to feel a lot of pressure to macth up with what the college kids are doing. They tend to get into a sexual relationship quite quickly as well. So in my opinion I don't think Mirai is stupid, I think he's a normal high schooler, and a well written human character.

that they both considered switching! and that yoshimi was cool with that! Also even though I don't like how their relationship started out (with rape and violence), but as the story progresses you can see the author had become more soft in her delivery like a real relationship and much more depth to their relationship! I love madarame hiro sensei's works, but i usually always don't like how they start out hahaha, that's why i push through the first few chapters because i know it will get so good.

Switch?!
What are you talking about, no they didn't( ̄∇ ̄")
Oh god no.

read carefully, they actually did consider it. yoshimi was about to bottom before riku's uke spirit kicked in and he sat on yoshimi's cock instead of entering him.

...I think you should be the one reading carefully and observing the art properly, when Yoshimi said "Top" He was referring if Riku wanted to RIDE him.
Riku misunderstanding things panicked so Yoshimi gave him INSTRUCTIONS since he thought Riku was doing it wrongly (Even though in Riku's mind it wasn't even going the way Yoshimi thought) and then noticing the gap between Yoshimi's rear and the floor, I could conclude he intentionally inserted it. If Riku sat on it, then that gap wouldn't be there, his hands were even placed in Riku's hips....I'm not being offensive or trying to act Sherlock, I just stated it base on my observation towards its minor details that people tends to overlook. (●'◡'●)ノ

Oh, I do respect your perspective!
But I just can't see it since the author isn't
fond of versatile base on my understanding. (▰˘◡˘▰)
She's one of those tops-only-tops and bottoms-only-bottoms
type of authors which is great for me. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~

I'm amused on how you end your sentences with those terms,(≧∀≦)
but I think the author is into Dominant Semes, very even.
She did mention tons of times that Yoshimi is very dominant,
and whenever Riku hinted he wants to top he usually
avoid those conflicts by doing sexual things to him that would
leave Riku teary and defenseless to top on. True, people change experiencing growth in their art. But, honest be told. Something just wont change to a person whatever you'll do, and I think that's hers. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I can base it in my experience, I used to like popular cute ukes but now...ohh hell noo~ (▰˘◡˘▰) but don't mind me though, we all have our own opinions. No one's perfect...except Beyonce (≧∀≦)

that's your opinion. but in my opinion there's ALWAYS room for change, regardless of what has been stated before. it's very unrealistic to have strict bottoms and strict tops in a gay relationship, gay couples switch all the time. it's very narrowminded the way yaoi had portrayed male-female roles through seme-uke, and when an author hints at switching, i get excited, and i get very happy because it portrays and adds depth to that relationship as it is now more realistic. i realize it's a work of fiction in the end, but it's still very exciting that sensei decided to in my opinion hint that they considered switching. my opinion won't change regardless of what you tell me, or how much you try to convince me of your opinion that sensei only has one dimensional set-roled charas, but like i said before i respect your opinion. you don't have to think like me, just respect mine too. that's it.

Yeah, I guess you're right.(≧∀≦)
I think the problem between the two of us is the fact you're okay with versatile, while I'm not. To be honest I'm not a girl, I'm actually a guy. And I'm gender-fluid. But, truth be told I'm strictly dominant. And I'm not fond of the idea about being versatile, people like me who stick on one position in the gay community do exist. There's just more bottoms than tops. But knowing the fact two bottoms doesn't make a top turns them to switch roles every now and then. Besides, I'm not trying to CHANGE your own perspective. I'm just giving out my opinion that's all. If you think I am, I'm very sorry! Not really my intention.(▰˘◡˘▰)

But like, right before they started doing foreplay they talked about Riku wanting to top Yoshimi and how he didn't want to be made fun out of because of it, and Yoshimi said he was embarrassed. And are you trying to say Yoshimi let Riku literally rim him if he had meant he wanted him to just ride him? Lolol. I think it just ended up like that because Riku became a bit too nervous and panicky so it was just easier to do it like normal for now.
So I also saw this as a potential switch. And there are some authors who normally just do strict bottoms and tops but still make exceptions.

chapter 2 is already out but people are saying they found a link/are translating it? i'm a little confused...also it said there was an update but there's nothing? idk if it's just my account glitching or something

you can read it here

i feel that the confession the aoyagi gave was not too straightforward (no i like you it was done in a kind of roundabout way), and so what throws us off maybe is the fact that kousuke sighed and also accepted in a roundabout way. we really don't see a lot of kousuke's feelings in this at all, even the moments when he snaps he seems very calm and very collected, even when aoyagi was so sexy kousuke seemed very calm, adn even back in middle school when he used to get bullied kousuke seemed very calm. i think the thing that's off is that kousuke is always so calm, so we barely see his feelings, which makes us feel insecure in a way? Insecure that he actually has feelings for aoyagi, or if he's just going with the flow. When he went and sat with aoyagi in middle school was he also going with the flow, or did he feel happy to be called out? I think the lack of emotional connection we get from kousuke is the thing that's off and making us insecure about any of this. At least that's how i felt about this.

The prayer at the end told everything about how kousuke feels. I think it was for the sake of plot twist that the author is trying to achieve made kousuke seem lacking. But really he isn't. Even the uke isn't questioning kousuke's feelings towards him, he is more concerned on kousuke being popular, that just shows how much he(uke) is being loved.
so anyways can't wait to see what happens next
