Co Parenting is a word that doesn't exist in the Harlequin worlds. The don't write realistic or different family life. No they only write mainstream life stories where there is only one Male, One Female, and One family connected through marriage. Cause there is nothing else. (╬￣皿￣)凸(╯°Д °)╯╧╧

She is expected to remain faithful, trusting, and loving through thick and thin, abandonment, abuse, marital (and non-marital) rape, and any other torment the "One Male" puts her through. One Family connected through marriage, yes, since the Harlequin World can only have dual parent families, no matter how horrible the relationship of the parents is. One Female? It seems more like an Harlequin male has to have bedded women by the hundreds in order to be truly masculine. Also, during the separations expected to happen in the marriage for the sake of drama, he has to have all sorts of stand in women to kick to the curb when he gets back with his innocent, trusting, and monogamous one love.

I'm actually very confused about what his age was. If he was really a minor when the seme started abusing him or he was just really malnourished that it affected his reproductive health. The timeline of this work crosses with Secret Note's timeline and it didn't seem like too much time had passed. And in Secret Note, the mc described Yohira as an "adult omega."
One thing I do know is at the end of this story there will be a time skip. I am assuming that the Secret Note after the time skip. I also have reason to believe that the omega in this story is a child when the abuse starts.
If I'm not mistaken, there will be a chapter in this in which it will show that Secret Note's mc and Yohira were showering together, that's why I never thought that Secret Note's timeline is just after the time skip in this. Ujou and Yohira are also not in a relationship yet and has no baby in Secret Note, so that's definitely not it. I don't think that Yohira was already an adult when the abuse started, but I think that saying he was a child is such a reach. He was most likely around 13-16 at that time, which is a teen.

In my opinion, the best revenge would be taking back control of her house, find a quick way to expose everyone, and living happily out of spite. Of course it won't come easy, but it's worth it. But, if she did that we wouldn't have the story, as much as I dislike her plan of revenge.
