Bro wants her to be full of love, kind, make friends and help others, but he’s salty when she does that Also, I wonder when will they discover each others true nature? I get he only hides it, cause he probably doesn’t want to scare her and make her hate him, only see good in the world, but the extreme to which he went really backfired. He wants her to just be a carefree kid, but the opposite happened because he’s not a reliable adult to her, so she has to take care of him instead. He really should’ve held back with that „naive and innocent” act Just act as decent person, not a fool

Ah I understand now, we both agree the dad is setting up his kid for failure with his act. I on the other hand think his kid would never be able to survive without him if they didn't have the past memories. However the child would have grown to be as naive as he wished.
This man is acting overly generous that it frightens the mc that they won't have enough for themselves, which feels as if the child is parentified or maturing too rapidly. However with the way mc always have beautiful dresses even in a remote village her father can hand sew, she cancels the donation to the village not knowing the actual finances of the household, she never mentions fearing for her next meal, her father is able to find work easily for others in the village as a farm helper(but chooses not to get paid I believe honestly they probably do pay the father or ate least give a part of the harvest to him).
She is drawing from her past to understand that her father is being taken advantage of, but is unable to comprehend where all the absurd amounts of money is coming from(1000 gold I believe). I'm inclined to think a child raised without these memories wouldn't see it as taken advantage of as no villager would tell her, and her father would have set up his child to be taken advantage of instead of trying to raise them to be kind or proper.

Is it another one of those stories where father is neglectful and cold and FL gotta be a genius to win his affection and just acts like him being a terrible father never happened and it’s just all good and never actually acknowledged? Cause I really can’t stand those kind of stories. Why can’t fathers be good fathers from the start?

useless as in she cant learn the sword technique of the family since she's a female, and shes gonna die early. it is mentioned that the next day after giving birth to isabelle he apologized to the empress profusely for hurting her feelings. i think he didn't want to get too attached because she will die at 21. he is really bad at feelings though. the empress has to peel them out lol. biaton his aide made him feel really bad about what he said, saying that she remembers everything she has seen and heard since she was born and telling him that just because she can't learn the sword technique doesn't make her useless and he was awful for saying that. he makes it up to her by spending time with her, especially making time on her birthdays and wishes he can make her have more time than she has left. also getting her a magic teacher. they don't raise all the kids with a lot of love though from what i can tell. they all get raised in a separate palace once they turn like 5 or something i think. we've only met like one of her older brothers that she lives with because the others are out doing stuff. he really only pays his attention to isabelle thay we've seen.

I know it’s also because of trauma and all, but it is getting really tiring how she still can’t bring herself to be with the ML and take her rightful place. “Mortal danger”? She constantly risked her life without a thought during war, she’s been in mortal danger this entire story. Like PLEASE, let her finally have full confidence, it’s been 130 chapters already.

This is such stupid writing. You would think that if you saw a guy win over and over again, including multiple apostles, one would gain trust in his abilities and knowledge. This is kinda like having a Karen in a fight. Yuna had potential, why are they going with the typical “damsel in distress” trope? They have well-written female characters here, I thought we were past that

Why does a psycho gotta be the best looking character here? Also, sorry, but so far he’s a lot smarter than her. I just can’t understand how did she expect to inherit the crown while making 0 connections, enemies actually even, not following any of her duties or responsibilities and actually openly acting like an immature villainess? Like this isn’t a transmigration story, she actually did all that. Not to mention she knew he was a complete psycho and still didn’t try to take any measures against it. What did she expect would happen? He didn’t even steal the crown from her, even without faul play he probably would’ve gotten it. I just don’t get it, was she that stupid or is it just bad writing? I can’t really get past that part. He’s awful and dangerous, but she basically handed him that win.
Honestly? Crown prince was the hottest male character here Also, ending has so much to explore, why is it rushed? I hope there are side stories. Why did they just skip over the entire added to the royalty and birth tropes?
