this manga is so incredibly adorable. i've re-read it plenty of times, and it still gives me the warm and happy feelings. so many people are upset with kira-kun for continuing his job as an av actor (or as many as you so bluntly put, a porn actor). personally, i never really thought something like that was wrong because:
a. kazuaki himself clearly stated he doesn't want kira-kun to quit his job. if kazuaki is alright with being with kira-kun while he has the job, then that's wonderful. he trusts kira-kun loads. plus, he loves that side of kira-kun (the side that loves his job because in more ways than one, he got his dream job as an actor).
b. in the end, kazuaki dreamed of their future- a future where kira-kun is still there with him, supporting him with a bouquet of roses. this proves that kira-kun's job does nothing that could affect their relationship negatively (and even if kazuaki got jealous, he did ask for kira-kun to 'comfort' him).
c. kira-kun is clearly in love with kazuaki. kazuaki was the first to make him feel what it felt to really 'make love' with your true love. despite being able to know his bed partners (and av colleagues') weak spots, no one really did found his until he made love with kazuaki. kazuaki did nothing, he didn't find his weak spots or weakened his knees when kazuaki gave him a fellatio and such, but kazuaki did give him warmth and a fullfilled heart.
d. kira-kun had his own chapter, where he stated that "if my job is my way of living, then everything else belongs to you". this being said, kira-kun's job and his personal relationships are all separate (excluding the fact kira-kun annoyed everyone on set, saying it was a fated meeting he had with kazuaki). his job is his way of living, it isn't as if he's married to the job or he's in love with sex and loves his job. it's a way he goes through everyday, doing something that's his dream job (and i'm super jealous since i want my dream job to come true, too). many disagree, saying that their loved one is only suppose to have sex with them and such. that's true, for all of you who are easily jealous or have a temper or is simply possessive but kazuaki, even though he was jealous, is a matured adult who is understanding and knows where is his place (which is on the same pedestal as kira-kun's dream job a.k.a his number one, probably). above all, he is incredibly supportive of kira-kun. besides, their relationship isn't based on physical things and possessiveness. they know how to separate work and their personal lives. this relationship? is stable. it's amazingly stable, and is probably the relationship everyone dreams of (namely me).
and, who else here wants a story for natsumi-chan? she's an amazing side character in here, and i think she deserves a boyfriend or a girlfriend (whichever her preference is).

This!! I thought the exact same thing!! I think they have a beautiful relationship and I think that their relationship was able to become so stable and full of trust is because 1. They communicated and Kazu told Kira honestly he was jealous so there was never a misunderstanding and 2. They didn't start with a physical relationship and didn't need sex necessary to convey their feelings. And I totally agree this is a dream relationship! ヾ(☆▽☆)

this manga is really refreshing- in some ways, of course. for one, it really just shows that there are plenty of people out there, but not a majority. plus, this manga gives the feeling of a pleasant closure, so there were none of those "what the fuck? no, no, NO. go back, change the manga. mangaka, re-do this. i do not approve of this." feelings. it doesn't give a necessarily fluffy, happy ending, but it did give a warm, overwhelming and sacred one (at least for me).

i've already read this manga countless times before a long time ago, and i'm here again, but i want to read this chapter first: takaba (?) got kidnapped by the chinese dude, was held captive, played with, etc. and at the end, the chinese dude and asami made a trade off (i think the chinese dude was given a chip?) but stuff eventually went south, shit happened, people got hurt and in the end takaba was saved and they had sex in the car (?) or somewhere. i'm not sure but takaba was really scared and asami was just relieved to have takaba back in his arms.
can anyone help me find that chapter? i want to read the happy part, since i'm not sure if i can handle the anger and sadness and twisted feelings this manga gives me for a while now. u n u

I think you mean this: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/you_re_my_loveprize_in_viewfinder/mh/v01/c002/1/
It happens agin in a longer arc.

You have the timeline a bit mixed up, but the closest to them having "car sex" was here: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/you_re_my_loveprize_in_viewfinder/mh/v000/c001.1/
And the "good feels" sex following Akihito's ordeal in Hong Kong happened here: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/you_re_my_loveprize_in_viewfinder/mh/v05/c030/.
And somewhat here: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/you_re_my_loveprize_in_viewfinder/mh/v05/c030.1/.
... and ESPECIALLY here: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/you_re_my_loveprize_in_viewfinder/mh/v05/c030.2/

"Stuff went south... shit happened... people got hurt... Asami was relieved to have Takaba in his arms"... It sounded like the Hong Kong arc to me?
Sex sex sex. I dunno know why I always focus on sex. I like sex. I am somewhat obsessed with it, I guess.
"They had sex... somewhere..." But then again, they're always having sex...
Somewhere.

imo. i didn't get a thing and had to reread many times, and there was also a page where i think they translated it wrongly? it's understandable, since kanji, hiragana and katagana is difficult to translate but the grammar... q n q other than that, i actually liked this manga. it's not something for those who dream of a romantic, fluffy love. it's for those who have felt what being cheated felt like, but also what misunderstanding is like. also, nowadays, honestly, there's a lot of relationships where the partners cheat on each other, be it the man or woman. i think this is wonderful because in the end, the seme still went back to the uke despite his work as a host. bonus? he isn't /that/ popular because he doesn't say he loves his clients, and only says it to the uke. to be frank, even i'd feel like hurting my partner if he were to ever do to me what the uke did, but also, that doesn't mean i wouldn't have whacked myself for doing shit to my partner's feelings. this whole manga is a mess of conflicting feelings, but it's a happy ending, so all's good for me. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

i just finished reading the first book of this story while i've read the second book (this one.) for quite a while already. all in all, even during the first time i read it with lack of knowledge on both characters, i really adored this manga. i prefer a fluffy and light read (comedy yaoi/shounen ai, mostly.) but this manga really stuck on me. it really drills it into your head about how even the person who never acts like they have went through a traumatizing experience (in this case, seeing your mother being raped by a man you probably trusted since he was touji's father's assistant.) could be right beside you, smiling so happily because you're beside them. it's a sad thing, because when you find out this hidden part of them, you just then realize how little you actually know them. this pairing has a long way to go in the yaoi world, and they are amazing at being together. thanks sensei, for being a miracle worker once again.

this manga overwhelmed me with so many emotions. i'm not joking, i've nearly cried while reading this and the reason why i didn't was because i paused quite a few times to rest my eyes from my screen and calm myself the fuck down.
the first story played with me so much, since honestly, i could see myself as hajime. hajime's character wasn't really horrible, in fact, he was endearing. he just needed to set his thoughts straight, otherwise, his feelings and such were all perfectly fine. it just fucking messed me up with how much pain the tachi (i forgot his name) had to go through and how much complicated feelings (anxiety to never be hated, fear, love, unportrayed near self-loath, etc.) that hajime had a chance of meeting because of the tachi.
the second story- now, that might as well be my life. i mostly take hajime's role as the younger one, but i could understand the desperateness of makoto to achieve familial recognition, and just simply another human's warmth and love. i salute souta loads for making it clear to makoto that it's okay to not meet anyone's expectations and that he still loves him regardless. it's so heart clenching, what the fuck? someone get me a souta. and that parrot. that parrot is damn adorable, saying "nice boy" to makoto and rubbing on him.
what i didn't like in here was probably just the way hajime and makoto's parents raised them both, by being biased and disrespecting their needs (hajime doesn't really need to be pampered much, they take it too far since he also does want to experience the life of a free child while makoto needs a bit more love and not to be blamed for merely trying to bond with hajime.). i also dislike how their mother is constantly looking down on makoto even though he's doing a great job at work. he might not be as successful/known (i get the view that their parents are very materialistic.) as hajime, but as an elite office worker, he's amazing (thank god souta noticed that and fell in love with him, giving him the love he needs.). other than that, everything was great. the workers (both boys and girls) and the models (except for the one that created a big scene and scolded the worker, though most people like that just need attention. on the other hand, rika was wonderful for giving up on hajime and is accepting of the tachi's feelings towards hajime.) were all so much more than simple background characters. they gave the main characters the push, support and conscious they needed. i love this manga.

damn adorable. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ like, what even? i can't comprehend this cuteness. (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜 and am i the only one who sees hints of yandere-ish/possessiveness/sadistic streak-ish-ness-something for tsuchiya's character? yes, he does have the possessiveness anyone would, but the way the author portrayed him with those choice of words and the way his train of thoughts led around, it seemed as if the author made him a bit sadistic. not fully sadistic or physically sadistic, though (he's conscious of what mikuri is like, and doesn't test his boundaries or mikuri's loyalties towards him). also, the inking/coloring that was used during tsuchiya's pov kinda gave me another reason to think tsuchiya's a sadist.
oh my god. i could have cried with the overflowing feelings of happiness and trainquility being all mixed up inside of me. IT'S JUST- I WANT THIS RELATIONSHIP. i can't even make a relationship last for over 4 months and they last for over 6 years? with such pure feelings? and sincerity? AND EFFORT. THE EFFORT. OH GOD. THAT EFFORT IS TO BE LOVED AND ADMIRED. i really can't. if only there are more people like this. and i just really like how the mangaka doesn't cut off the friendship between hideo and sera. it's a lot more realiistic, since i wouldn't have cut things off with my friend if this happened to me instead. BUT YEAH. THEY'RE JUST- U G H. AMAZING.
