Please tell me that the Akatsuki group gets somehow punished later in the story!

So the one who was responsible for MC's suffering was an incel and the other members were just scratch free and let go???
And only a prince can help and heal the MC... Now I am pissed...
Why does the fiance ML suddenly fall in love with his former blackmailer and doesn't take the hint that she wants to break her engament with him?
Couldn't the MC tell her dumb soon to be ex-fiance that the stupid looking emperor
wants to harm her as long they are engaged?
No slave in reality would want to stay with his abusive master and not to fight for freedom/independence. So many novels portrays slaves as so emotional dependent on their kind master that they are incapable of living for themselves! I mean that wolfman ML was given enough opportunities to leave her and be free.
I am ok that the assassin ML does not want to break up with her.
I am so done with these tropes!
I ve read her background and despite being tragic she is also so stupid and delusional.
My thoughts were: You ve already had your revenge and took this + that from MCs family and now you want more?! You are evil jealous and blame MCs family for your own misery.
She does not have much self-reflection or any reasonable thinking, does she....

Here is another very similar story ;)
https://www.novelupdates.com/series/im-done-being-your-best-friend/
Seriously, I just don't understand that trope: Why would you wanna ruin and kill your loyal best friend who supported you your whole life and even brought you on top?
For instance, Spanish Director Pedro Almodóvar became best friend with actress Carmen Maura who believed in him and funded his first movie in 1980. After the success of "Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown" 1988 they had a huge falling out and didn't see or speak to each other again until their last collaberation together Volver 2006. They seems to be on friendly terms now but not friends anymore.
Eden/Edna from "Light & Shadow" and Tia from "The Villainess Lives Twice" did a better job as as a secretive witty Badass who are not inferior/weaker than a perfect powerful ML.
The MLs from these stories are real darlings :)
I ve read the comments that Aidin is not stupid and incompetent because she has been already caught by the blue eyed prince and that is normal that she is making mistakes...
I understand the emphasis to see a flawed FL but these commentators also don't mind that the hottie unfaced ML is basically acting superior and smarter than her. So It is naturally that she has been discovered by the multitalented ML...
Was it really neccessary to pushed her character down so that the ML can shine more?
Kinda biased, if you asked me.
I don't like it when I saw him wanting to toy with her out of boredom or that the FL is so easily nervous + intimidated by his mere prescence.
I like how they are at the ending however.

The MC should take some lessons from the maid character I admire Yona from "Beware Of The Villainess"
She is a nice self sacrificing very sensitive devoted caretaker type. But she can't really stand up for herself neither against the other maids or her own family. She was often saved by the ML and his friend/ally. It is quite frustrating to see her like that.
She is not that much different from Ibelina from "Sincerely: I Became a Duke’s Maid".
She has this one moment where she criticizes the supposed father of the ML when he fell into a coma... She is only strong when it serves for the ML...
Even after being fired she can't help but keep thinking and crying about her master/ML in disguise.

Is she even capable to live for herself?
For once I wanna see a maid character who doesn't fall so in love with her master and be a badass selfish bitch.
Most fantasy stories about maids are being self-sacrificing mother figures and being starcrossed lovers with their social high ranking masters. They all are nice damsells easily pushed around by alphaholes.
Badass maids I know of are in:
This Corrupt World's "Normal" Is Difficult
The Villainess' Slow Prison Life Began With Her Broken Engagement
You just only confirmed how groundbreaking progressive "Beware Of The Villainess" is.
Because this story subverts, deconstructs and breaks many (novel) tropes.
Actually it is Melissa who directly shits on these cliches^^
Other manwahs that may come close to criticizing tropes/cliches or the novels world:
The Pet Of The Villainess (Empowerment and Liberation)
The Stereotypical Life of a Reincarnated Lady (Making fun of stereotypical things)
There is also "Miss Not-So Sidekick" but I don't like how the MC is being treated and patronized especially by her ML. Maybe you ll like it but I don't.
Why not both? I like either type of character as long as they are done well. Too many times I’ve read stories with badass characters that feel flat, there is a certain charm to those who are more “motherly” just like there are charms to those badass female protagonists. I love both tropes equally, as long as I like the character. I feel like most problems stem from the male leads being genuine assholes, regardless of how cool the fl is....idk that’s just me. I’d like to see a greater variety in the male leads we get more than anything else.
That's the problem. A motherly maid character can be very protective and strong when it comes to her fosterling. But once she is alone or without them they easily patronized, teased and pushed over by various ML assholes! That is so common!
There is one maid/caretaker who has lots of guts and isn't easily intimated by any highranking assholes: "From Maid to Mother"
Penelope Eckart from Death Is The Only Ending For The Villainess or her Clea?
Imo it's Clea, Penelope get all bad endings but as she cleverly listen and stay low without any help, she's still alive(for now...) while Clea's lucky that there's gossip maids that made it easier for her to persuade him in a proposal. Plus every step you take is one step to death's door and the pain and blood that comes with it.
All in all they were in one of the worst situation every isekai stories out there
I admire Penelope very much for enduring such a cruel abusive system that restricted her movements.
Remember when the system give her only very few options to choose and forced her to eat that polluted soup? That was very hard to watch... She also has to deal with the favirbility meter with all these shitass MLs...
Clea is more light hearted and funny. Liked that she is very angry at her murderer. Despite always watching her declining HP, she still make the best of it. She had a choice (take the deal with the demon or die) and has more freedom to act.
They both should have been girlfriends or soul sisters.
