What do you guys think about yaoi? From the LGBTQ+ community, (which I am a part of) many gay men has said that yaoi fetishizes mlm and that they feel uncomfortable whenever girls are talking about how much they love yaoi. Someone told me recently how they were raped by someone I went to school with a few years ago. Of course I told them that I supported them and I want to help them but this happened probably three years ago and they are unsure if they want to go through a whole legal investigation. if you're a local on twitter, please tell your mutuals to stop telling MENTALLY MINORS that they should kill themselves and starve themselves to death.

shaming people for having a harmful coping method is not helping them.

condoning the harassment and doxxing of minors is not helping them.

invalidating their mental illness as an "aesthetic" is fucking disgusting.

many of the people on these communities are minors who can not afford therapy/has neglectful and abusive parents. the community is their safe space for them and venting spot. taking this away from them would just make their issues worse honestly.

i don't agree w/ some of the things they do, however, telling suicidal minors that they will be better off dead is fucking horrid and disgusting and you're part of the problem. i do have a personal bias because i did the same thing when i struggled w/ those issues and i'm still in that community. and all i can say the amount of times a local completed invalidated my issues when they were trying to ""help"" me is ridiculous.

if you're going to help people, please give them hotline numbers, how to escape their situation, and support instead of harassment and bullying.

Alright so this has been absolutely PLAGUING my mind for the last day.

So I was going through my closet looking for my winter clothes when I stumble upon my old ass suit. Like the fool I am I try and put it on, it fits but only one button can button. I look and the mirror and I'm like "Bitch I look fine~" My mother makes clothing for a living (hella convenient), so I call her and ask her if she could make me a suit.
We end up talking for a while, everything's going smoothly until I say "Who needs men now If I look this good in a suit." My mother loses her shit, I had to stay on call with her for half an hour listening to her nagging and her asking If I wanna be a man now (she doesn't support lgbtq+). Now here I am...looking for suits online. ╥﹏╥
