I was around 12, maybe a couple of months before I turned 13. I saw yaoi anime first. I totally fell in love with it and now I'm here years later. One of the first few anime yaoi's I saw was Junjou Romantica and till this day I still love it. It is one of my favorites and after watching all the Junjou Romantica episodes, I started reading the manga...... 1 reply
First anime: Death Note, first manga: Your and My Secret (I was really young and had no idea about manga so I accidentally bought the third volume... I was a bit confused because of that and never bought another one) 1 reply

Around 15/14. I went through a serious anime obsession phase and really just wanted to watch anything, so I accidently came across some shounen ai. Wasn't really sure how I felt watching too guys kiss (Though I was very LGBT friendly, never really met anyone who was gay) but as I watched the series it grew on me and I wanted to watch more and more ...... reply

Ah right... I'm not very surprised because I usually read lemon fanfic when I'm 11. What comes to my mind is just, 'Ah so this is how 2 guys have sex... hmmmm so they need to prepare the butt first before penetration... I never knew that... Oh that liquid! It's what people called cum huh?' reply

In my manga preference, i prefer yaoi than any other genra... I don't know why everyone's hung up on this. Yes yaoi is sexy and hot, but this is a manga, it's suppose to!!! I love reading it, in fact it's my favorite genre, but I'm not wishing I was a male.
I've been in a relationship with one man for well over 10 years, and couldn't be happier!!! Granted, gender never was something that locked us into a pla...... reply
It was an accidental click. But. Tbh I didn't really understand it. I kept squinting at the picture and turning my tablet on the side trying to figure out what they were doing. Then I just clicked out of it. Lol. I was an innocent kid now that I think about it...( ̄∇ ̄") reply
I'm with the other person..everyone needs to realize that yaoi is a genre and does not equal real relationships??? Yaoi is created to cater to women and men who enjoy these types of stories, like romance novels in English...they don't represent, and shouldn't represent, what things are in real life. By having it consume your perspective on things a...... reply
uuh i'm reading the replies and thinking "what is wrooong with ye ppl" .. real-life-gay relationships are Not like yaoi stories...maybe equally difficult to establish but that would b all xS secondly, you can't compare your rl feelings to the ones you get from reading yaois ...it's somewhat not...okay. 'Things' are your daily life experiences by which you get to know the world around you. Tell others about the things you did, may it be cool, sad, crazy or funny. You can also find things that you might want to do and a friend to do it with!
