My favorite is Luffy then probably Bartolomeo. And for hate... I hate Akainu and Teach as well but ever since I've known One Piece, I've always hated Usopp for some reason. I mean I know he's been LESS useless lately but I just can't seem to like him. reply
-my yaoi manhwa fave: Totally Captivated
-better adaptation of the Finder Series
-Kuroneko series
-Kawaii Akuma
(basically mangas that are fairly long or have sequels)
-shounen ai: Komatta Toki Ni Wa Hoshi Ni Kike! - is also a good one reply
I was shocked but I think the very first 'detailed' yaoi I saw had a story where the main couple was really in love so I learned to accept that 'that' was the way they express it. But yeah it was like "OMG OMG OMG!" followed by "Oh so that's how they do it!" ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ reply

I saw a manga with 2 good-looking people on the cover only to realize they were both guys as I was reading it (thank god it was only shounen ai). Then I watched/read a lot of shoujo with lots of fanservice then I read some doujinshi then it turned into yaoi. The first few I read were 'mild' yaoi so I got into it. I mean yaoi i...... 1 reply

Oh gosh, I was 4 when I started watching anime. Hard to say which was first. The very first few I watched was Guyver: Bioboosted Armor (original), You're Under Arrest, Tank Police, A-ko Project, and Ranma 1/2.
Very first manga was Yotsubato! Way way cute! reply
I used to stay up late to watch Inuyasha on Adult Swim with my sister when I was a little kid. That's the first one I remember clearly, but before that I watched Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, and Detective Conan. Also Pokemon, I guess. Code Geass was the one that really got me into anime, although these days I can't stand that shit. reply
I think I was about 14 or 15. I had friends who were into that kind of stuff, but I was a little squeamish about it. I knew the reputation surrounding yaoi and its fans, and it just seemed like a bunch of vapid, perverted nonsense to me. But I checked it out one day just out of curiosity, and the manga I read completely shattered all of my misconce...... reply
For over two years I kept my yaoi in a bag in a drawer, a drawer that I never use nor should anybody open. So when I came back from college for winter break, my mom told me, she and a family friend did a deep clean of my room, and she gave me this look... I knew immediately what that meant. I opened the drawer and found the yaoi stacked out of the ...... reply
It was really great at the time. I had my first kiss and my first boyfriend when I was sixteen. It was okay. I wasn't really that crazy about the guy, and he started showing some red flags a few months after we started dating. He was telling me that I was the only person he'd ever felt real affection for (whaaaat) and that he was in love with me, ...... reply
Make some online friends, definitely gonna second that suggestion. There are several forums you can join, you can message people on here, there are tons of ways to make friends with the same interests online. I have two online friends and if I get excited about yaoi I can just rave about it in our skype group, and they can always just ignore my ram...... reply
I was an absolute idiot as a preteen and got caught with yaoi multiple times, but for some reason still let me keep the yaoi I bought lol. She got pissy when she first found it before handing it back to me. Another time she saw some DRRR!! doujinshis I bought and when my dad asked what it was she laughed and told him it was rape porn. I still have ...... reply
Realistically, if a yaoi has too many sex scenes, it definitely won't get an anime. Its best chance is an OVA. So if your yaoi of choice is mostly sex, don't expect it to ever become a full anime. Sorry to kill your dreams. On that note, dream away. 1 reply
Naruto and Sasuke, I mean just look at them. Naruto wouldn't run around after him for all that time just because he's his 'best friend' he loves him. They even kissed, twice. The only reason they didn't end up together is because in this day and age, it wouldn't have been accepted. It's sad but true. Homosexuality is still, even today such a taboo ...... 6 reply
Hell no my parents would take my phone and laptop away or even cut the Internet if they did. They're not homophobic but they're super strict and old-fashioned, so sex is like a taboo topic to talk about in my family. I think they'll be ok with shounen ai, but not yaoi (because of the explicit sex scenes).
But I think my brother knows though ╮(...... 3 reply
I understand you so much!
If your current friends aren't into it, maybe you could find online friends that love the same stories? You could probably find a website, or a chat, about your favorites anime and manga? (And if you can't find it, maybe you can create it? :D I did it once, it didn't really work, but it was pretty fun to do anyway!)

'Things' are your daily life experiences by which you get to know the world around you. Tell others about the things you did, may it be cool, sad, crazy or funny. You can also find things that you might want to do and a friend to do it with!
