My favorite would have to be Ichikawa Kei (im a sucker for slow romance) Her works are kinda more realistic than most I've read. The romantic relationship actually takes time and her characters come in all types (but the best about them is that they got some realistic reactions to situations, like confessions from someone they've never seen before/...... reply
I have several mangakas I like but my very favorite is Kumota Haruko. I first discovered her when I was reading Dame BL (she wrote the first chapter) and I thought right away, "here is a mangaka I like". Later I read Itoshi no Nekokke and it became my very favorite yaoi manga (●'◡'●) I mean, look at this adorable art!

Komatta Toki Ni Wa Hoshi Ni Kike! Komatta Toki Ni Wa Hoshi Ni Kike! by Abe Miyuki. It doesn't really have sex scene, it has a good plot and full of explosives cuteness. I really hope they would make it into anime but maybe not since it was an old one. It was back in 1997 after all. reply
If its anything like all the yaoi anime so far then.. none. Almost al of them are either censored or have no sex scenes, its so frustrating to watch them as a fan. I think "brother shuffle" has a good chance based on the art style and the possibility for it to become a large franchise where different stuff can be sold on a large basis.
